“Joint Venture”: New Luxury Mid-Island Home Close to it All

We had a fantastic visit to Joint Venture! Our group was two families totaling 11 people, and the house accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen and open first floor were great to spend time together as a group, and the kids loved the lower level to play video games, cards, etc. Each bedroom comes with its own bath, which was fantastic.Location wise, Joint Venture was super convenient. We were in town almost daily, and it was only about a 10 minute drive. We also easily bounced around to several beaches during our time there, including Cisco, Ladies, Madaket, and Nobadeer. The owners were responsive and were genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our time in their home.We would definitely recommend Joint Venture!

The house and overall experience was amazing. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay I.e. beach towels, beach chairs, cookware, soap, laundry detergent, bath towels, list goes on. The house is nestled on a cute, small cul de sac, the location was perfect for our kids to bike back and forth to downtown (about 10-minutes) and a short car ride. Decor and furnishings are beautiful. Owners were responsive, with the exception of one time there was very little need for us to reach out as everything ran very smoothly. Thank you for a great stay we look forward to returning!

Overall great stay in a great house.

We enjoyed one week at this amazing house. It provided everything you could need for a truly great holiday vacation. the property was just as advertised and the communication was superb! I would give this the highest ranking I could. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

Very new, comfortable, clean, and well appointed/furnished mid island home that was perfect for our gang of 9. Great location on the bike path and about equal ride time to beach and town. Responsive owners but we honestly did not want for much. Would be top of list for another large group visit. Only call out would be very early check out (and later check in) times - worked for us, just be aware.

Our family's stay at this outstanding home over the 4th of July week was memorable and relaxing. Bedrooms and baths are generous in size and are easily accessed by a center stairway. A superbly equipped kitchen and outside grill were used for dinners. Plenty of family seating arrangements allowed for games and movies upstairs and then downstairs when quiet was needed. Bicycles were used to reach beaches and a car for town excursions. All in all, an excellent recommendation for this Nantucket home which is totally equipped for a family's vacation needs. One last note - We especially enjoyed the 30 sec walk to the pool and a daily evening ritual of the rocking chairs on the front porch. 5 stars!

This home was exactly as advertised, if not better. Great floor plan for family and friends, providing private space as well as excellent group space including a great room/kitchen area and outdoor patio for gathering. New, spacious, very clean and well decorated. Bathrooms are exceptional. Central location within short bike ride or 10 minute drive to city and surfside beach. Next to outstanding and meticulously maintained public golf course, Miacomet. Owner and property manager were great and accommodating.

Beautiful home tucked into a newly developed neighborhood in Nantucket. Close to town, shuttle and beaches. Although the homes are very close together, once inside, you feel tucked in and relaxed in a classic beach design aesthetic. The downstairs kitchen/living room area is perfect for gathering with friends and family. Accommodations are all brand new, clean, and the property well maintained. Each bedroom has it's own en suite, perfect layout! Kids area downstairs is well designed with a common space for movies and games. Grill, beach chairs, blankets, towels...all new and in excellent condition. Jason was available throughout our stay and quick to reply. Fabulous experience!

This house was gorgeous inside and out. Every single detail and care was taken and the design and layout was perfect for our 2 large families to stay. The location was centrally located to get to town or beach within minutes. Everything is brand new and beautiful and it made our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a luxury escape to unwind and recharge while on Nantucket with family and friends. 5 Stars all Around.
