The home is beautifully furnished and stocked with all the necessities and an easy walk to everything Brevard downtown has to offer.

I think the owner may want to supply some doggie poop bags as there was quite a few piles in the backyard when we arrived. Love the new fence. You may want to post newer pictures of the fence on your ad. It would have helped to have an explanation of all the TV viewing options included in the home notebook. Being in our late 70s and 80s, steps to the back yard off the porch would have been appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and will book it next year if it is available. Is there a weekly rate if we book it for two weeks?

As far as the house is concerned, we loved it. Great location in a safe neighborhood. The only problem we had is the property manager tells us a work crew will be there building a new fence on the property while we are there. Loud, disruptive, and we could not use the back yard during this time. We were told this less than 24 hours before we were going to arrive. At first they told us it would be completed on Thursday (we arrived Thursday PM) but then the workers showed up Friday morning, and worked all day, and then again on Saturday morning for another few hours. The owner surely did not suddenly book this on 24 hours before we were to arrive so we were a bit upset they would notify us the day before our arrival. If I had known, with plenty of notice, I would’ve rather canceled the trip.

Wow, a great house in a great downtown location. Nice fenced-in backyard with patio and chairs. Very convenient walking distance to main st.

Great little place right a block from just about everything :)

We were in town for a graduation at the Brevard music center and the location was perfect! We were able to walk Main Street to have dinner go to the brewery and get ice cream and walk straight back to the house. We’ll definitely stay here again!

This house is ideally located within walking distance to the best restaurants Brevard has to offer. It's nestled in a well established part of town close to parks, the weekly farmer's market, and seasonal festivals. It is well equipped with anything you might need in a kitchen, ample space to seat your family around the table, and a quiet backyard for you and your four legged friend to relax. The king size beds provided ample space and comfort. We will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful time: the premises are consistent with the Vrbo site. The only issue is that the back porch leaks during rain and will eventually need to be fixed.
