Stayed Sep 24, 2021This property was very clean, and at a great location! The hot tub is a nice plus, and the hang out area on the porch is very nice for coffee. We grilled some steaks and enjoyed the view from the porch in the evening. Definitely recommend the stay here, and the owner is very helpful and nice!

Stayed Mar 18, 2021Three sisters enjoyed a long weekend at Valley View. Sky was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, and it was clear he carefully maintained the home to high standards. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a well-equipped kitchen. The provided locally-sourced coffee was a very nice, welcome touch. The home is open concept and any sounds to/from the master are audible throughout which was fine for the three sisters but could be disappointing if a couple was looking for a romantic getaway with another couple. Sky provided recommendations on local restaurants and was on point with Bryan’s in Johnson City for amazing food. The home is within an hour of multiple smaller towns and two large cities, so it’s a good launch pad. We enjoyed several local wineries. We saved Biga on the Banks in San Antonio for our final night there for a celebratory meal.
