Enjoy one of the nicer houseboats in Venice Marina. Located down on 'C' dock at the Venice Marina. It is situated to accommodate boats along the end and side of the house. Our accommodations offer 9 beds in a 3 bedroom / 1 bath configuration. We decided to use 'family friendly' bunk beds throughout the house. Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 2 has 3 twin beds and 1 full bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 twin and 1 full bed. The living room has a queen sized pull out sofa. The entire home can sleep 9-12 people

You will enjoy the large, flat screen TV located in the living area equipped with Direct TV. The living area and large functional kitchen provide an open concept for guest to visit while watching TV, dining and preparing meals in the fully furnished kitchen.

Enjoy the large 20 x 20 deck. Property has a charcoal grill located on the deck for use by our guests. There is also a convenient fish cleaning station. The house is also equipped with a fish fryer for your day’s catch.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations are only allowed prior to 30 days of the rental period. Cancellations within 30 days of rental period are only allowed in the event of named tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico that requires evacuation or tropical watches/warnings are issued for the Venice area.. Should the reservation be cancelled within the 30 days of the rental period then the entire rental fee is forfeited and the reservation/damage deposit will be returned. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, illness, accident, change in plans, personal emergencies, charter boat cancellation, or otherwise if not done in writing 30 days prior to arrival date.
