This house offers a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully detached house on a large mature lot in collingwood. Less than 10minute walk to sunset beach and a 10 minute walk to downtown collingwood. House is in a prime location approximately 10 minute drive to blue mountain, 20 minutes to Thornbury and 15 minute drive to Wasaga beach. Big fenced in back yard for fires or whatever you would like, plenty of parking (3 car maximum)

Stayed Aug 1, 2025There was no bbq tools. Beds could be improved, ending up leaving a day early because the beds were just not comfortable.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025A few of us wanted to have a boys weekend and hang out together. This place offered just that, had a great time playing pool, darts and watching some playoff hockey on the big screen TV.

Stayed Aug 27, 2024Very central and very clean. Jeremy, the host, was really quick at replying if I had any questions. This place is great especially if you have kids. Lots of games/toys to play if the weather isn’t great. Also a nice outside area. Beach is very close and the downtown is very close. Excellent stay.
