Enjoy your stay in this well kept and fully furnished Downtown St. John's home featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a lovely back deck along with all the convivences of home. Located just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, pubs, corner stores, and many of the great tourist attractions that St. John's has to offer.

As the property managers of the house we are available 24/7 for any questions or issues. You may reach us through Airbnb, text or calling. If something is urgent the bestway to reach us is calling.

You are located in one of the oldest areas in St. John's, just opposite of Victoria Park.

On the day of check-in, guests will be provided with a lock code where they can access their own key to the property.

Guests will have access to the entire home, except a locked room in the basement which is currently used for storage.

No one will have access to the home besides guests during your stay, so you can be sure of total privacy.

Upstairs you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms and the main washroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, a dresser, and a double closet. The second bedroom has a double bed, closet, and a dresser.

The bathroom has stunning tiled walls around the shower/tub! All linens and towels are provided, as well as a hair dryer.

On the main floor there are high ceilings, a large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, fridge, stove, dishwasher, and many amenities you will find useful during your stay, such as coffee, tea, and lots of dishware and cookware.

WiFi and 2 TVs are provided. One in the main floor living room and one in the master bedroom. Simply connect your laptop/phone/tablet to the WiFi network and outplay through the TV through the WiFi connection!

1 on-street parking pass is provided.

You will be provided will many amenities during your stay, as well as full access to a washer and dryer on site to do your laundry.

Plenty of bus routes nearby, and several local cab companies contact information will be provided for guests.
