Enjoyed every bit of our stay!! Highly recommend!

Nice place. Horrible experience. Understand, once the homeowner has your money, they don’t care about you at all!!!! Also, the rental agreement is the Bible. You are out of luck if anything doesn’t work and construction is occurring next door. I have handicap family members that require an elevator. The elevator was out of service the entire stay. They could not come on vacation with us!!!! The repairman never showed up after the managing property company ensured us they would be there three consecutive days. Ceiling fan remotes didn’t work. But the best of all, continuous construction occurring next door from 8am to 7pm everyday!!!!! Loud generator, sawing, pneumatic nail guns, construction workers watching you, sawdust everywhere, and super loud music. How can anyone relax???? You are completely powerless. We were treated like trash. I can not recommend this residence or the managing property company. I just threw away my money on the worst vacation experience of my life. Lot’s of lessons learned. I will never return to this rental property or use the managing company. All my request fell on deaf ears. So let’s review…..They have your money, the rental agreement is the Bible, and they don’t care about your concerns or issues. Better luck to future renter’s!!!!

4 teens and 4 adults got along SWIMMINGLY at Jersey Shore thanks to the AMAZING pool and beautiful kitchen. The house was set up perfectly for a variety of scenarios for sleeping and sitting. The porch swing on the upper floor served as the perfect hideaway if you needed to escape the action on the first floor for a moment. The proximity of the pool was an absolute game-changer. Many times, we have rented homes with pools on the lower floor which isolates the people busy at work in the kitchen. At Jersey Shore, EVERYTHING was in one central location giving us all more bonding time. We had family meals EVERY night & enjoyed after-dinner swims, just steps away from the dinner table. Having an elevator for move-in and move-out day was priceless!!! The beach was just steps away which was an added perk. Hitting the beach for sunsets and bonfires was a highlight....all within steps of this beautiful home. Jersey Shore.....you lived up to your name!!!!

Good location and house was beautiful. Had some difficulties gaining access and the whole area has a cellphone issue so calling to get the access was difficult. Once inside the house was great.

We very much enjoyed the property. It is clean, convenient to all the Cape has to offer, well decorated, stocked, and comfortable. The set up on the first floor and having the ability to walk out to the pool with ocean views is A+. Upon check in we did have an issue with the AC and it took a day and half to get fixed (understandably since one of those days was a Sunday), the heater for the pool is way overpriced but it does work well, and the gas grill never worked (lighter system failed). Other than that, it’s a fantastic spot. We would rent again for sure.

Everything was amazing. Great house, great location, great pool, and great responses from the owners. We plan on coming back!

Overall - everything went well except the heated pool, which wouldn’t stay working for several of the trip dates.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property did not meet our expectations. It was much noisier than we would have believed possible. On the days where road and house construction noise wasn't a problem you could not enjoy the outside due to the very loud pool pump. Which was ironic as we had attempted to find a rental without a pool. This place was much more pet than human friendly. It reeked of wet dog and was full of dog hair. We had to put the area rugs in a unused bedroom for the duration of our stay to make the main floor somewhat tenable. The main level floors were filthy and required repeated cleaning by us after multiple requests for cleaning equipment. The black mold in the master shower required a bit of effort by us to remove.The BBQ did not work when we arrived and it was promptly replaced. We were there 56 days and most but not all the maintenance issues were addressed. Needless to say we won't be renting this property again.

This was our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed our first stay here even though there was a tropical storm! The home is beautiful! Unfortunately the second time staying here things were not properly cleaned or maintained. Property management was very courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.
