Located in the heart of Cowes, the main hub on Phillip Island, this good size family home is in a perfect location. Only a 100-metre walk to Cowes Main Beach (walk down Eva Lane), a short walk to supermarkets, shops, cafes & restaurants. Everything is at your fingertips.

Jenny Wrens Nest features 4 bedrooms, main bedroom has a Queen bed with an en-suite and walk in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has one set of single bunks, bedroom 3 has two single beds and bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, including a large open plan living area, and off the living area the kitchen and dining room are located, family bathroom with toilet, laundry, BBQ in the garage and a good size fully fenced front yard. The kitchen is fully fitted out; all you need to bring is your food and drinks

Fully fenced with off street parking and pets are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE:

LINEN: Sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own or if you would like to hire linen please let Dianne the holiday rental manager and this is invoiced separately for payment. 

BOND: There is a $400 bond and this is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

There are many activities available on Phillip Island and only 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Melbourne CBD. A perfect location for you to enjoy your break away.

- There is 7.5% State government short term levy collected at time of booking. This is added to the total accommodation including the cleaning fee.

    Comfortable. Needs a bit of a clean-cobwebs around ceiling, carpet had a lot of pet hair when i vacumed (black hair we had white dogs). Otherwise it was close to beach and shops, quiet location and the puppies loved the big yard. Would go again. Thanks. Judi

    This home was perfect for our adult family of five and one dog to spread out and relax. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk into Cowes’s shops and cafes. The open plan layout and level access through the garage made it wheelchair accessible for our needs. Could do with a spring clean but we will definitely book again.

    I didn't stayed at this property because I shocked when I saw the beds. All the mattresses were covered with stains of urine, so I immediately took pictures and called property manager she said I can leave and they will return the full amount to my account SO I leaved the house immediately.
