It was incredibly spacious, and the parking was easy. We enjoyed the fans in the bedroom to help cool down at night. The beds were great.

This is our 2nd time staying at this house, and it is so wonderful! It’s easy to check in, the host is responsive; the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The living spaces and bedrooms are comfortable. The yard is beautiful, and we love to spend time in the covered backyard space. We took multiple walks in the lovely neighborhood. This is a wonderful house to stay at, and we will definitely be back.

A perfect location for our family to stay for graduation weekend. Beautiful garden landscape, comfy beds and so much charm. Our host was communicative and helpful.

The perfect place for a family graduation trip! House is super cozy and in a great location. Kitchen is well set up and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. We'd definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay. Outside and inside the property was nice the only thing we noticed was that the carpets in the cottage was dirty and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Communication was spotty. Besides this I would recommend this place to stay.

This was a great house to stay at in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown Salem, but far enough out to not feel like you are in the city. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for my family and parents. Having a room on the main floor was great for my older dad. The rec room downstairs is huge. Overall a great stay!

What an adorable home and charming neighborhood. We stayed with another couple to attend a weddings at Zenith Vineyard and this place was perfect! Love the off street parking and proximity to anything you might need. I would highly recommend Salem stays and this lovely garden home.

Fully remodeled and clean. Very happy with the stay. Our son enjoyed the toys, and because we were traveling he did not have many. So that kept him occupied when needed! Host was very responsive to messages. Thanks!

This was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for the five of us. It was close to family who live in the area, and grocery stores. We enjoyed relaxing breakfasts and goofy game nights together. I will keep this place in mind for future stays. Thanks so much for a place to unwind!

The Jefferson Cottage was an ideal base camp for two of us doing the Ironman Oregon 70.3. The property was clean with fully supplied kitchen that came in handy for preparing the pre-race spaghetti dinner. It is located a few miles from Riverfront park ( about a 5-8 minute drive). I fully encourage anyone looking for a clean, safe place to stay near downtown Salem to strongly consider the Jefferson Garden Cottage.

Hands down, the best VRBO house we've ever stayed it. This cottage has it all - wonderful lay out, room for everyone, great beds and pillows and good communication from the hostess. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. We'll be back!
