Jay Peak, Luxury 5 BR Ski-in Ski-Out with Hot tub

Every aspect was well curated.

The condo was perfect for our party of 9 (4 couples plus one adult child). It never felt crowded. The ski in ski out location was great and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots/pans and even some cooking staples. The hot tub was relaxing after a hard day of skiing. Lastly, the large ski equipment room was an unexpected bonus that kept all of our gear organized and prevented us from tracking snow into the living areas.

This was our 4th time staying at this townhouse and we are already booked for next year. Donna and Rich are great hosts. You cannot beat the ski in - ski out location right by Grammy Jay! Our large group enjoys the spacious accommodation and relaxing in the hot tub is a great way to end a day of skiing! Cheers!

Everything great! Host very helpful. The unit we rented was well equipped and maintained. The hot was great in really freezing weather. 5 stars not enough.

Lots of room in a great location

The amenities and location of this property are outstanding.

This is our second year in a row renting this house. It's perfect for our group of 10 - plenty of space. Great location and can't beat the hot tub. We hope to keep staying here every year! :)

Kitchen was well stocked. Spacious for larger family. Great communication with owner. Christmas tree for Christmas week!

This is the 4th time we've stayed at this property and we will be back for sure! For our group of 9 adults, the 5 bedrooms are perfect. Jay Peak is all about skiing and having a ski in / ski out house with access to Grammy Jay right out the back door allows you to enjoy your day as you wish without the need to get in to a car. The kitchen is well stocked, the 2 living rooms provides enough space to spread out and the hot tub is a great way to relax after skiing the famous glades at Jay Peak.

This was the perfect place for our group - three groups, tons of room to spread out, with the kids in the basement and adults upstairs. So well appointed - we hope we can return again!

Overall the house was great. The location was perfect - right on Grammy Jay. The house was spacious and fit 10 of us more than comfortably. Having a hot tub at the house was exceptional! Everything went really smooth and we had a great time - would definitely rent this house again next year!!

We had a wonderful stay at Donna & Rich’s Jay Peak ski house. We were group of 6 adults and 6 children ranging in ages from 2.5 to 12. It was absolutely perfect for us. The kids had a blast skiing Grammy Jay on their own. The house had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to visit again!
