Jasmine Place - Right there with Hemingway - 2BD/2Bath - Private Pool

We had the best stay and would highly recommend this house! It was perfect for our 4-day stay.

Everything was great. Pool isn't heated and it isn't an option. Didn't care but some might.

2nd time staying there. Great place

The check-in process was completely stress-free and the property manager graciously accommodated our arrival several hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. The management company was extremely easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described, was clean, and very comfortable. The location really couldn’t be better - a block away from everything on Duval. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Terrific day. And love the pool. The only thing I would suggest would be to have the patio fixed. My son got a large splinter on the wood.

I wasnt sure id wed use the pool but it was very nice to take a dip in as it was warm and clean. The location is perfect as the house is a block from kind of the center of Duvall st but still not too noisy. We were very happy. Also the management company was helpful and responsive without being overbearing.

This was our first time using VRBO so we were a little nervous about how it all worked but we were super happy with it and loved our stay! The place was great and the Manager was very helpful in explaining everything!

Central location, close to everything. Had a rental car which stayed in the driveway for the most part. We would venture out by foot during the day and return to sit on either porch and just watch the world go by before the wonderful afternoon pool float sessions. Thanks for sharing this lovely home.

Absolutely great location!!!!We were able to walk to everything.House was just as we expected- clean and a nice size.Plenty of space for hanging out together indoors or out by the pool!!

The house was great for our celebration of a 50th birthday. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck by the pool and the front porches (ground level and 2nd level). The house was very clean. Great location, walkable to all of Duval's attractions or affordable Ubers.

Beautiful upgraded older home with all the amenities you could need. The pool area was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch with the historic lighthouse across the street. Great location for us too. We walked everywhere. Can’t wait to visit again!
