Excellent location, great house very good communication

The accommodation is very spacious, with a large open kitchen and living area and a very big master bedrooms. The other three bedrooms are smaller. The unit consists of three floors so there are a lot of stairs that might be a barrier for some. The kitchen is well supplied but some more big mugs for tea would be handy. Also handy would be a sponge or dishcloth to clean the counters. The wifi worked well. The drive is narrow and the garage is down a ramp so we parked on the street. We loved the views and the balconies.

The host was very nice and easy to deal with The house was beautiful and luxurious And the view was amazing especially from the beautiful master bedroom

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location and enjoyed finding out more about the wonderful area!

1) The images on the Stayz site do not agree with the reality of the property. Images are totally misleading - furniture is different, bedding is different, patio furniture is different, artwork is different. 2) cleaning - no where near what is expected of a holiday rental - tired bed linen, dirty doors, grubby floors, dirty cutlery and glasses. Toilets not properly cleaned. 3) patio area - we had to sweep the outside area before we could use it. Outside table in dire need of sand and varnish or replacement.4) dishwasher didn’t wash properly meaning we had to wash everything by hand (for 7 people) 5) communication; I contacted the host with my concerns to be told that he would raise it with the cleaner. That was all. No apology, no further response.

Superb location. Incredible views and luxurious master suite. Very comfortable living and dining area offering a relaxed vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent. Great views. Clean. Owner very helpful. The only comment otherwise would be the driveway is very difficult to reverse out of. We ended up parking on the street. A small negative. Otherwise, great.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home/duplex was comfortable and spacious for 4 ladies. Unfortunately for us to walk every day we had to take our car down to the waters edge as it was too steep to get back however, the location was good. The owner of the property was very easy to contact.

Group of 6 stayed for three nights. The property has nice views and there is a Thai restaurant close by that delivers. 5min drive into Nelson bay. The property was well stocked. Downsides were the balcony wasn’t very clean, which is understandable when there is no tap so it could be hosed clean. But the worst thing was the driveway. Very very steep and difficult to back out of garage. We ended up parking in the street. But overall we had a very pleasant stay,

House was great for two families. Matthew was fantastic throughout the whole process. Would definitely stay again.

Property is high on side of hillside amongst many similar homes. Views over water to the north are wonderful. View from main bedroom is expansive with small balcony to enjoy breakfast or lunch, few wines. The property is on 3x levels , wooden staircases take you to each level with lounge and open plan kitchen in the middle. Finding the property can be a small problem. Driveway is narrow. Parking is tight unless you have a small vehicle. Entrance to double garage is steep. 3 bedrooms, laundry and bathroom with spa is ground level. Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. There is a bbq on deck. Television is thru wifi connection only.

It is a lovely house, and Mathew has been very supprotive. Unfortunately, upon arrival, it was raining, so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful balcony.
