Ivywood Escape Relaxing Stay (30+ Day Rental)

This was a wonderful home for our multi-generational family vacation that included dogs. We loved the lay-out of the home, especially the game room! We have family in Nashville and would definitely try to rent this home again when we come to visit!

We are repeat customers and this place is perfect for our golf outing. Everything we could hope for.

We had a great stay in a peaceful neighborhood! The place was exactly as described, and check-in and check-out was super easy. Our family of 10 really enjoyed this place. It had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. Our teen boys loved the hot tub, golf game, and darts.

Yes, hot tub was perfect, kitchen was well stocked, cooked several meals with all of the supplies needed. The location of the house was ideal! Perfect distance to and from Grand Ole Opry and the Ryman. Friendly neighbors! Beautiful yard!

Everything was absolutely perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had so many activities and amenities to enjoy—we never ran out of things to do! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and create unforgettable memories. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and the experience was truly exceptional. The host was exceptional very helpful and accommodating.. our family loved the house and all of it’s amenities.. very clean, fully stocked , comfortable and close to town and the university where we were going for activities. We will definitely plan to use this property again.. highly recommend.

Great location - approx. 15-ish minutes to downtown Nashville and 20-ish minutes to surrounding areas. Tucked in a quiet and safe neighborhood. So much space inside the house and the front and backyards. Firepit, jacuzzi (that now has a covered arbor over it), and great patio in the back. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. Great game room inside with Karaoke, Golden Teen, darts, and card/board games. Spacious kitchen and combined dining area. Showers and bathrooms are great. Ample space in each bedroom with spacious closets/areas to keep luggage. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

We planned a friends long awaited getaway to Nashville. Location was easy to find and a quick cab ride to downtown. The place was spotless, well equipped with comfortable beds. Hot tub was great. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. My only suggestion would be some booklet of recommendation for restaurants and transportation and must sees. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was really clean and cozy! Plenty of room! You cannot beat the location, its only minutes away from Broadway and the mall. We would definitely book again!

This is a perfect home for adults and children. There is everything there that you need and more. Everything was very clean, new and decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable and everything was there to get you going. It’s close enough to downtown but not close enough to walk. Plenty of parking and outdoor space and not too close to neighbors. We had no issues and the cousins sent us everything we needed to know before our arrival. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the stay.
