They left plenty of trash bags and toilet paper. Blinds kept falling down in the bedroom on the right. No tv in master bedroom but we survived!

The house was great. Clean convenient. And plenty of space.

There was no hot water!! Everything was perfect.

This is a nice place to stay at. Very close to the beach and HEB. Property managers kept a great communication with us before and during the trip. The water heater did turned off a few times due to recent flash flood that affected power in the area, but the owner was quick with helping us getting the heater back on. We would come back again for future visits. Thank you, Rent On Padre! :)

Very clean property, perfectly accurate to the online listing. The place is situated perfectly in the island between the beach and downtown, our group had a blast!

Great place, great location. As we have commented on in the past, just needs some work. Overall tho, as always we Love it. Folks at the Mgmt company are awesome!!!

6 of us stayed with our dogs and the accommodations, setting, setup, amenities, kitchen, EVERYTHING was best we've ever had in SPI. Huge deck in the front and the back with great location and quiet nights. Short walk to beach, outdoor showers, enclosed yard for the pets, just overall perfect experience. Unexpected bonus was the Dollar General across the parking lot which had all the groceries and supplies we could need. Sounds funny but it was so convenient. Senior Donkey was also about 100y away and their seafood botana platter feeds the entire family. Just a great place to have everything you need and spend all your time relaxing and having fun.

The sun does rise on the bedroom side so it is very bright early in the morning. I recommend bringing something to cover the window if you have littles that need to nap during the day. Lastly, Rent on Padre was great to work with.

It’s got everything you need. I love the layout and open concept. If I’d add anything to this perfect get away, is a TV in the master bedroom. Other than that, this place is PERFECT!

We really loved this house for our long weekend in SPI. We were 6 adults and the open floor plan made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms are nice. There’s a decent sized fenced yard. The patio area is not fancy, but it’s functional. Two outside showers came in very handy. The walk to the beach is about 2 blocks, so not bad. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our time.

The house was very nice. Our family had an amazing time in the picnic area and it's a very spacious home. The beach was at walking distance which was perfect.

This house was a great place to stay! The location is great with so many options for beaches right by you and a resteraunt right across the street! Outside area was great to hang out in and inside was super cozy. Check in process was super easy as well with just a door code!
