It's the perfect location for work or play.

This was a lovely discovery. A private guest house in a well kept great neighbourhood. Large enough for 4 - every possible want filled. Lynnete is the perfect hostess. Such a welcome change from copycat hotel rooms. Terrific little private patio with BBQ and 2 guest bicycles. House was immaculate. Close to town. Would love to return sometime.

There are gas stations and grocery stores nearby, and it’s a short drive or bike ride to downtown. The house is quite comfortable, and I had a quiet and relaxing stay.

Location was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood is very quaint. Lynette was very attentive.

Great bungalow in a great location

Beautiful neighborhood and comfortable, cozy guest house for 2 adults. Had all that we needed (except an iron), even bikes that we took on a ride along the river. We would consider staying here again.

The bed was very comfortable. The shelf in the bathroom is loose. We were afraid to put anything on it for fear of it falling.There was just enough laundry soap for two loads.Thank you for letting us stay thereMarilynn & Jeff

Hosts were wonderful at communicating quickly and thought of all the little details that make a stay special. Loved the location as well in the historic district. Perfect getaway spot! Loves the outdoor seating area and bikes!

This is the perfect place to stay in Boise. Close to downtown, in the historic district, close to the Greenbelt and just right for my husband and I. The bikes were a bonus! Hosts were close by and gave good suggestions for places to check out. You won't regret staying here!

We had a long weekend trip to see our granddaughter perform at Boise Little Theater. This charming VRBO was perfect in its location. The lodging was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Very nice place. Quite small, but just fine for two people. Comfortable bed. AC. Small patio to enjoy the outdoors. Quiet neighbourhood, but easy access to downtown and restaurants. Loved having the bikes on site to take when we didn’t want to drive. Very communicative hosts- they even left some beverages for us. Would recommend.

Amazing neighborhood with tree lined streets. Felt safe to walk at all hours of the night. Within walking distance to everything. Hosts were fantastic. 10 out of 10. Will stay again!

Nice, quiet place. Nice neighborhood. We didn't spend much time there, but it looked the patio would have been a nice place to relax.

We had a great stay. Lynette was exceptionally responssive. The electric kettle wasn't working so I let her know and the next morning their was a new one waiting for us. To top that the TV in hte bedroom wasn't working right. After asking Lynette if she could take a look at it - she did and siad she would be replacig it. Again, it was replaced te very next morning!!! Great location and beautiful neighborhood.

Close to family, it was a nice place to be, rugs are a bit slippery and knives needed sharpening, overall it was very good for us

Perfect place for the two of us! This cozy cottage has a comfortable indoor space & a nice patio & bikes. The East End neighborhood is quiet, walkable & close to BSU, the Riverwalk & downtown. The owners were quick to respond to questions & we were able to check in a little bit early.

This bungalow was very cute and cozy! Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood it is the perfect distance to BSU and downtown restaurants and coffee shops! Highly recommend.

This place is so cute and is in the perfect location. It has bikes on site so you can explore downtown or our personal favorite was to ride a long the greenbelt. It was our first visit to Boise but we hope to cone back and book this location again.

This little bungalow was very cute and cozy. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of nearly everything Boise had to offer. Our host was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Even in the extreme heat, the house was comfortable. We definitely would stay there again!
