To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

Head upstairs to the main living floor where an open-concept layout creates a warm, connected space for everyone to enjoy. The gourmet kitchen boasts a large island with abundant seating, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and all the essentials needed to host family meals or casual snacks after the beach. The living room features a spacious sectional and opens to a breezy balcony—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. A convenient half bath is located just off the living area.

This home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably, offering plenty of room for families or groups:
Primary Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: King bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
