Italian Villa with panoramic ocean views from Catalina Island to Malibu!

The house is wonderful — beautiful views across all top floor windows, high quality home and finishes, very attractive and comfortable decorating, lovely terrace with fire pit and bbq — honestly the list goes on and on. We visit Manhattan Beach frequently and this house is at the top of our list. The home is also very quiet with no traffic noise and quiet neighborhood. It’s also just a few blocks to the Strand and beach. David was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. We had a lovely two week stay and look forward to more!

We had an absolut amazing week in Davids House. The House is perfectly equipped, espacially for days at the Beach. David was super fast with the Communication and answered very quick, when we had any questions. I absolutely recommend this house. We would always come again.

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is very lovely and has everything you need down to the beach, equipment and beach towels. The host is gracious and insured that we had everything we needed. I hope to return again someday soon!

This home is in a great location near restaurants (we loved Sloopy’s), a market, and bike rental shop. We loved being able to walk to the beach and ride bikes along the beach bike path to downtown Manhattan Beach. This home is very clean, with a beautiful, newly painted white kitchen overlooking the ocean. Great outdoor space with a fire pit and views. David was a very attentive host and went out of his way to make our visit enjoyable. We didn’t want to leave!

I had lived in the area so knew already why people seek out the uniquely great the beach, restaurants, culture, and overall vibe of Manhattan Beach. The owners take great care of this unique property that has stunning ocean sounds and views and surprising proximity to all the action without the typical MB traffic, even on a beautiful beach weekend. This is not for those looking for a bargain basement party crash pad, no easy street guest parking will frustrate you. Extended family that stayed with us for graduation weekend were surprised at the fun filled elegance this place had to offer. I don't leave reviews often, this nice experience deserved the effort to do so.

We couldn't have asked for a better home base during our trip to the South Bay. This home is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and wonderfully equipped for everything we needed. We loved the sweeping views of the Pacific ocean and enjoyed walking to great markets, restaurants, salons, shops, etc. and the Strand. But, what makes this home even more special is the kindness and hospitality shown by our host. Thank you, David for helping to make our trip fantastic!

The house was great for two adults, an adult son, a teen and toddler. David was a great property manager. He was always available if we had a question. The location is great. Very close to the beach. Garage parking was a benefit. House was beautiful and well equipped. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I definitely would stay again.
