Island Vibe 3: Close to Beach with Private Heated Pool

The house was awesome! Host was very accommodating. Great location!!

We were very happy with the accommodations and the location of this unit we brought our dog with us. We were one block from the dog park, which was great. The unit was very clean. We love the swimming pool. Only wish I had a little more exposure to the sun would highly recommend it would come back to the unit in future visits.

The house is very nice and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The owner is very friendly and attentive, always willing to help. I recommend this place 100%.

Just like described, walking distance to the beach, dining, bars and shops! We loved the pool! Beds are comfortable and communication with Cathy, the manager, super nice! Hope we can return one day!

Loved our visit to Holmes beach, perfect spot to relax and unwind. Pool was a great addition and private! Duplex had all you would need. Beach supplies towels toys. Short walk to beach good restaurants close by. We stayed to attend nieces high school graduation as we have family close by. Area has remains hurricane damage but most stores open . Thanks to host for coffee , much appreciated . Would def stay again , quiet safe neighborhood .

This was a very nice duplex in a great location. It comes with its own private pool and backyard oasis! You can walk to the beach in 6 minutes and they supply all the beach amenities you could ever need. This was an extra plus especially when flying in. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. This duplex is located in a quiet neighborhood and everyone we met while out doing our daily morning walks were all so friendly. Our host Cathy was excellent to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay.. even bringing us another cooler when the other one there was found unusable. Cathy was always quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this duplex to anyone looking for a wonderful place to vacation!

Very clean. Exactly what we needed. Loved that we had our own pool. Close to the beach. We rented a golf cart so it was great location for restaurants and shops. Very quiet and peaceful! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. The property is as advertised. It’s in a great location - short walk to the beach and many good restaurants/bars. The place is well stocked, even laundry and shower needs. The furniture is comfortable. What we enjoyed most is the total privacy of the back porch and pool area - your own little slice of paradise. The property manager was fantastic - checking in periodically and extremely prompt responses. We’d love to rent here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The space is cozy but still had everything needed to be comfortable. The outdoor space and pool are great, including the garage space with ping pong and very well stocked with beach gear and chairs. Communication was prompt and always helpful, would stay here again!

Property was exactly as described, clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor area exceeded expectations with large deck,warm pool, patio area and lots of seating. We also loved the small game room and beach/pool amenities. Check in was easy and location was good.

Island Vibe 3 was the perfect place for our vacay vibes family of 4 getaway. Having everything we needed allowed us to be carefree and enjoy our stay worry free from the morning sunrises to gorgeous evening sunsets taking in the calm and relaxtion on island time! Great communication with the host. All the amenities you would need and more. Flying and limited packing with young kids- the provided beach chairs, wagon, toys, umbrellas etc were all so great to have on hand for beach days and pool floats etc for the pool afternoons that followed the beach days. Space was clean, cozy, inviting and the stocked bathrooms and cabinets with towels etc made our stay feel so welcomed with minimal stress and planning. Holmes Beach is a quick walk along with a short walk to surrounding restaurants and trolley stop. We loved the private oasis pool area for early morning and later afternoons after beach days and the outdoor shower and hose was so useful too! Our stay was so relaxing, pure paradise! This was our first time on AMI and we look forward to planning another trip back and when we do we will be booking with Island Vibe Properties again...the rental, communication, amenities, location - all 5 stars!!!!! Why stress when on island time, save yourself the hassle and go with Island Vibe Properties, you won't be disappointed!

Not sure where to even start with my review! Im not 1 to usually do them but need to on this! 100% will be back to this property! Cathy was amazing to deal with and handled everything we needed and any questions i had right away! The pool light needed to be changed and within less than 24 hrs we came back to it lit up and fixed! Everything upon arrival was clean and had everything we needed. There is a storage area down at the pool area with several essentials you need for your stay..the outside area was PERFECT! It was like our own little oasis. Plenty of chairs and a great sized pool. The deck was large and had more seating. My husband and I were so sad to leave and cant wait to go back! AMI is just beautiful and the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. I booked island vives 3 after going thru a ton of properties and there was not 1 bad review and if i could do more than a 5 star review I would!! The location we thought was perfect and the beach in this area wasnt as crowded as other areas. We will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner bs later ?

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was close to so many things but yet, quiet and peaceful. Everything needed was there. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, trolley stops close by. We couldn't ask for anything more. Cathy was easy to work with and the check in / check out process was painless. Thanks for sharing this piece of paradise with us.

Island Vibe 3 was the perfect fit for our family of four. We also had fellow island friends visit to hang out in the evenings by the pool, and for highly anticipated ping pong tournaments. The backyard was the perfect oasis for both relaxation and fun with our friends & family, and truly checked all the boxes for us! The home was exceptionally clean, and you would have never guessed furry friends had visited. Island Vibe 3 was stocked with all of the essentials, from cookware to beach gear! Pack your personals, and hit the trail…this is the place for you!
