Island Vibe 1: Close to Beach with Private Heated Pool

We had a wonderful stay at Island Vibe 1. Cathy was great and responded quickly with any questions or needs. We were able to enjoy the pool a couple days between the cool days & the beach was just a short walk away. No need to bring anything with you when staying here, they have everything for pool, beach & inside the condo. There are several restaurants & shops within walking distance, so not much need for a car. You won't be disappointed in your decision to stay at Island Vibe 1.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish!

The pool area where the area surrounding it is awesome. It is a good place to spend with you your family down there, but you can either be out the sun around the pool or you can go under the shelter and still see the activity at the pool. You can go in the garage and entertain yourself with a lot of games in there.

All amenities were described exactly as listed. Host was responsive and communicated in a timely fashion. Home was welcoming, roomy, and decorated perfectly for a beach stay on AMI. Would surely recommend and return in a heartbeat. Location was awesome, quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood. Thank you so much, hoping to return.

We had a great time at Island Vibe 1 and hope to stay here again on our next trip to AMI.The home was very clean, beds comfortable, nicely decorated, great pool, and outdoor living area! Lots of beach toys, floaties for the pool, ping pong table in the garage, and plenty of seating around the pool.Within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Everything was as expected, and the owners were very helpful and full of information and easy to communicate with.

Cathy was a wonderful hostess! Always quick to respond if we had any questions. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds/furniture were comfortable. We absolutely loved the private outdoor space and pool. This neighborhood has always been a go to for us when visiting Anna Maria/Holmes Beach Area. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping and beach. Loved the pool and the surrounding outdoor area. We spent most of our time there. Cute, comfortable and well appointed home! Pet friendly which is so important to us. Fabulous hosts and great communication. We will be back!

Had a fabulous time. The duplex was just as pictured. Pool was clean and very warm.

Great spring break vacation with adult children and grandson. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The heated pool and outdoor space was very comfortable and enjoyable. The place was spotless and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The property manager was in touch and very pleasant. My grandson enjoyed the beach toys and we had fun in the pool. We had plenty of parking space and the seven minute walk to the beach was easy to navigate. We made good use of the dog park down the street and we were able to dock our boat at the marina a short distance from the house. This is a great central location if you like to walk or bike ride to the beach, go shopping ,or take the boat out fishing. We really enjoyed our vacation at island vibe 1.

Comfortable house with wonderful outdoor entertaining space and a beautiful private pool. Quiet neighborhood with easy walking to coffee shop, bars and restaurants.

Property manager and owner very accommodating and responsive. The property was very clean and well stocked. They had beach toys and towels and wagon to take on short walk to the beach. The heated pool was a huge hit for all of us!! The property is very close to many restaurants, grocery stores and beach! We will book again!

We had such an amazing stay at Island Vibes 1! Sarah was the ultimate host, and the house was perfect! We had everything we needed for the week - beach towels, beach toys, a wagon, cooler, beach canopy and umbrellas, as well as a high chair and pack and play for my granddaughter. The entire family enjoyed the pool and Tiki bar, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The house was nicely decorated and had the perfect beach feel with comfortable beds and a fantastic outdoor area surrounding the pool, perfect to come back to after a day at the beach! We really just loved our stay and will be back!

Loved the location to to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had plenty of room to relax and just enjoy being on vacation. Would highly recommend.

All the reviews are correct. This is the perfect property. It was all we needed for our family of 4. The house came fully stocked with all the beach items you need including chairs, floats, 10' x 10' canopy for shade, coolers and a beach wagon to take it all to the beach which was a short 5 minute walk. Central to restaurants in both directions. Publix was a short drive as well. It is a duplex located in a neighborhood but noise from others was minimal. Next door neighbor is super friendly providing some insight on restaurants etc. We will rent again from Island Vibe Properties for sure!!

Honestly the place is even better than the pictures and description somehow. The covered outdoor area is huge and cool. The pool is spectacular. They had all the little things that we pull our hair out that we have to buy at other vrbos. Coffee filters, dishwasher soap, beach towels, coolers, pool floats, wagons…. Truly an awesome place a close walk to the beach.

My family and I had a great time. The house and pool were very well maintained and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and the free trolley was convenient. The host was very responsive.

We had an amazing trip at Anna Maria and Island Vibes 1. The house was perfect in size for our family of 5. The patio and pool area was used most of the trip and it was so nice to come back to the pool after spending some time on the beach. The beach was only a few blocks away and everything you needed was provided in the garage. Would definitely recommend Island Vibes!

We just returned home from a week at Island Vibe 1. What a great setup they have. We started most days, and ended most days in the saltwater pool. We had loads of pool toys at our disposal, and boy did my girls enjoy them. For the beach, we took advantage of the utility of wagon to carry our stuff to the beach. We were thankful to have a large collapsible canopy to use, along with beach toys. I didn’t realize how nice it was going to be to have beach towels there for us to use. As you can imagine, sand gets everywhere. We utilized the washer and dryer daily! So every morning, we had fresh towels. The pool area in general is so wonderful. Many chairs to choose from, a tv for music, a grill and gas fire pit, and OUTDOOR SHOWER! That shower was super handy for cleaning off after the beach. We booked pretty last minute, and hesitated to be approximately 5 blocks from the beach. This place is worth it. The amenities are plentiful!
