Island Time Avon: Dog-friendly w/beach access, outdoor pool

The house was pretty much perfect. Location was amazing. Steps away from the beach. Close to everything we needed. Beautiful outdoor spaces. We would definitely come again!

This was to be a pet friendly rental, it was not clean, multiple visable urine stains on carpeting throughout the house, then the cockroaches, with roach traps in every room, so obviously a know problem. I contacted the host and was given no options for a different rental or partial refund. Very disappointing stay.

Pros: proximity to the beach and walkable food/treats is excellent, grocery store is ~2 miles away, nice view of the Avon Pier fireworks display on July 4th, top notch maintenance/customer service, chic remodeled bathrooms, ample parking, great view of sunset from the crows nest, well maintained deck, ample baby gates available to use indoors and outdoors. Cons: the beds were awful. To quote my husband, Sleep Number is just a fun way to say air mattress, which I think does disservice to air mattresses everywhere.

We loved the open floor concert, the concrete car port, the top deck views, the spacious kitchen and the comfy beds. Updated bathrooms were also gorgeous! Very convenient to have the washer and dryer in the kitchen. Outdoor shower spacious and large shower head a plus! Easy walk to beach - we’ll be back!

We loved everything about this beach house! The inside was spacious, bright and cheerful. The outside porches and decks were so nice for outdoor gatherings. And being pet friendly made it perfect for us. We highly recommend this house. We will definitely rent this house again the next time we vacation in Avon, North Carolina. Thank you for making our stay memorable for everyone!

Not much left a day early

Clean home and everything we needed parking was a bit of a challenge

Great location to the beach. House is dated but clean. The appliances need to be updated. The dish washer and the washing machine both leaked. Other than the appliance issue our stay was great. Very relaxing

The location was good. The beds not so good. Major dips. Bathrooms old and had mold.

Had a great week staying at Island Time. The house is convenient to several great restaurants. It's easy to get back and forth to the beach and the views from the deck are amazing!!

The location to the beach is perfect. For a fee, they allowed our dog. This is our third visit to this house. Although it isn’t fancy, it is clean and comfortable! We will be back.
