Come and stay in this beautiful luxury modern property with 3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The front is fenced off and is nice and private. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and Tv's. The open plan living has Tv dvd, split system, wood fire, lounge and dining. The timber floors are low maintenance. The well equipped kitchen has ceaser stone benchtops, dishwasher, electric oven and cooktop, stools at the island bench and coffee machine.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite with shower and toilet. The main bathroom is located on the ground level with a bath, shower and toilet. The laundry has a front load washing machine.

Enjoy a summer Bbq, morning coffee or family gathering in the under cover entertaining area. The single lock up garage has a dryer, Tv and 2 fold out beds. Limited Wifi is available too.

This property is not pet friendly.

    Was very nice place to stay, nice and open lounge areas, bit smaller than shown in photos and not all the house is shown or accurately described. We’re very accommodation to group of 18 year olds, would recommend to anyone for a trip with friends or a family holiday. Nice and close to the beach is a plus

    We loved this cosy place. It was ideal for the two families. Closer to the beach. Quiet area. However, the Alfresco (the outer dinning area) was a bit messy with leaves, dust and cob webs (this is the first impression as the main door is on that side). However, the inside of the house was lovely. We all loved it. Had to collect the keys from the agency, which is in Cowes which is on the other side of the island from where the house is. The round trip to collect the keys took over an hour as traffic was really bad due to the long weekend and some challenge that was happening on the bridge. Same when handing over the key. Would suggest a lock box to save that time on the road. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

    Overall the place was great! Check in process was annoying that you needed to go into Cowes to get the keys when there was a lockbox set up at the house not being used. Hopefully this is sorted soon

    Comfortable, well appointed modern house 10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. What more do you want - apart from less surfing memorabilia.

    A beautiful property but annoying to not have a lock box on site-also given the cost to stay there it was pretty disappointing there was no hand soap in any bathrooms.

    Perfect location between the activities in San Remo and Cowes, and a short walk to the beach for golden hour! House was very clean and both bathrooms were spotless; kitchen had induction cook tops with useful utensils and pots. Open lounge was a perfect space for meals and playing board games. Our teenagers loved the rumpus room to hang out. The outdoor BBQ area was a cute outdoor setting with a hammock and fairy lights. Gonna visit this house again for summer surfing!

    House was amazing. The Sooners had some marks/stains on them but otherwise the property was in excellent condition and very clean. We all loved staying here. Would happily stay again.

    The house is beautiful and in a great location. Although I didn't see in the booking the towels and bedding was not included until I was on my way down to Phillip Island which was then to late to bring any from home. The images on the site make it look like these things will be included and considering the price you would expect it. Which then ment we had to buy some from woollies being a remote area it was a little annoying ? Once we arrived we the house was as expected although the master bedroom looked like someone had just climed out of the bed. And the bathroom sick was filled with hair and looked like some had spat in it. The house didn't feel like it had been cleaned properly. Which was disappointing considering that the property is being managed by a local realestate agent. Overall we did enjoy our stay and I would book again because the house was so nice, but I would be expecting the cleaning to be a lot better.

    Tastefully decorated with lots of personal touches, the Beach house was a pleasure to stay in. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house was very clean. Complimentary coffee pods were appreciated (caffitaly brand) as was all the reading material. One thing to improve - a small amount of wood to get the fire going would have been handy.
