Stayed May 11, 2024Enjoyed the peaceful setting and townhome. The property is extremely nice. Only negative were too many stairs as we are older had to climb with suitcases and to bedroom areas.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Island Serenity. It is in a great location that is close to everything and still feels secluded. The interior is very nicely decorated, the kitchen was well-stocked and the beds and linens were all very comfortable. It was a very comfortable stay and we had a great experience with the rental company that manages it. The only negative that we encountered is that the property's community pool closed at dusk. It was locked by 8:00 PM every day. I understand closing at night to avoid noise from the pool, but 8:00 seemed a bit early to us.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Property is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The island is still recovering from the hurricanes but most businesses were open.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Island Serenity was a very nice home. It was stocked with everything we needed. We loved all the porches, the furniture, and the layout. We were able to spread out and enjoy our time. We loved the foosball table as well. We brought our hypoallergenic dog for the first time and while we enjoyed it, our son's asthma flared. We realized that despite the home being clean and nice, it was not good for asthma.

Stayed Feb 24, 2024The condo/house is large and spacious, many amenities provided - though some of the beach chairs were broken. Loaner bicycles which would have been great because the island is so crowded. This is only real negative, though not the fault of the owner or rental agency. Wait times of 90 minutes to go out to dinner, insane traffic jams, no green space except on beaches (which are beautiful). We were without water for several days due to leaking water pipes - but this too is no one's fault.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024The townhouse in North Beach Village was casual, comfortable and convenient. The beds were in good shape with sleeping for 6 in 3 separate rooms. The main floor had ample seating with a sheltered screened in porch where we spent most of our time. It’s convenient to shops and restaurants on the south end of the island.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969To just arrive and enter a door lock code, then walk into a superb home from home ….stay a complete month with no hassle, no callers, no interruptions, no issues. A wonderful place to stay just 5 minute walk to the most awesome beach in Florida on the quietest island you could wish for. Fabulous. Highly recommend, but keep it to yourself….shhhh.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023We had a wonderful time at Anna Maria Island! It was our first time visiting and we loved every minute of it. The house was amazing! Everything we needed was provided, including all we needed in the kitchen. Check-in was a breeze. The house is immaculate, spotlessly clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house is steps from the pool, which was also clean and quiet. It was basically like having your own private pool with the house. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the kids loved the gameroom downstairs! Beach towels and all linens were provided and there were plenty of beach toys in the house and even a large tent/canopy to use at the beach. We loved our stay at Island Serenity and are already looking forward to visiting again next summer.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great place! Everything is new and clean. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is right there, dishwasher pods, laundry pods,paper towel,trash bags, beach towels, etc.
