Stayed Jan 9, 2026We loved our stay here! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful the backyard pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Everything was clean and comfortable. We also were so close to the beach and great restaurants. Definitely want to come back!

Stayed Sep 27, 2025Fantastic 5 star property. Very comfortable even for 5 older women! We enjoyed the pool, tiki bar, and just relaxing outside. The location is great, not far from downtown and all activities. The house is well equipped too. Thank you Jessica!

Stayed Aug 22, 2025The house was amazing, especially the backyard. Weather was iffy due to tropical storm Erin, but was great to have the backyard to use between the rain, and still made it to the beach. Jessica was super communicative and great. We’re talking about going back next year, hopefully longer!

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Once again, we had a fabulous weekend staying here! We enjoyed the amenities in the backyard to the fullest! Kitchen had everything we needed, house is well appointed, easy access to the beach, and the intercostal to watch the sunset.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We loved our stay at Island Retreat! The backyard was beautiful and we spent a great deal of time in the pool as well as enjoying the tiki bar. The home had everything we needed for our stay and was so comfortable. The walk to the beach is not far and it is not crowded at this end of the beach which was a huge plus for me. The house was extremely clean as well. Great stay and would definitely recommend!

Stayed Apr 12, 2025Island retreat is actually nicer than pictures. The setup was very nice, and we actually used the outdoor shower more than you think. The kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was easy. The location was very good. The neighborhood was quiet, but we were close enough to go into St Augustine. Our host Jessica was very easy to deal with, and she responded quickly.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024The home was clean, well decorated and well appointed. We had everything we needed and had enough to enjoy that we didn’t even need to leave. The beach is a short walk or drive and great to view sunrise. Short walk the opposite direction and you can watch the sunset!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024This house was amazing. From the first step into the house we enjoyed the whole house. With three teenage children they were in and out of the pool more then they were sleeping. As for the adults the whole set up checked all the boxes. The tiki bar was amazing. Would rent again for sure maybe both houses and have a family reunion. Wonderful host very well in tune with guest needs and or questions.
