Urine smell around premises terrible vacation experience far away from from beach advertising 4 min walk to beach disabilities was force to sleep because of distance to beach and dinner no bus transportation was provided golf cart rental was available I wasted alot of money I am very unsatisfied mobility disabilities could not have very much fun bedding was itching felt dust mites I have to clean up the septic floors dishes sink refrigerator etc ✅ please janitorial cleaning was not available yet once a week

This unit is quite small, bare bones but clean. Technically someone can sleep on the folding couch in the living area, but it's really not comfortable. There is no table at which to eat (the one in the photo is supporting a TV). Location is nice and quiet, but about 20 min brisk walk from town, so recommend renting bikes. Owners could do a lot inexpensively to spruce up the property -- a couple of hammocks, picnic tables, flowering plants would go a long way. The pool is nice, but otherwise this place is very basic.

I'm a repeated guest, I love Vacasa Service, the Manger Raul is always attentive and always accommodating, and the room are very basic and clean

Difficulty getting in gate, and then found out the young people staying had bypassed it and made it a free pass. Dogs next door bust through fence daily. One is quite aggressive. Pool was not cleaned daily leading to it being closed for scumming out. And maids tried to shake me down for cash cleaning fees. Other than that. A fairly quiet, Clean room. I also got cut on spring sticking out of mattress

The Manager was very Helpful, all codes were provided before arrival, and the rooms were clean, Saturdays is the Manager's Day Off but he still assisted us with an issue we had, and he came personally to assist,

Amazing.

We had the whole pool to ourselves an we swam from morning till night, we love the ambiance of the room and the quietness of the area. We really enjoyed our stay there.

My stay at Mayan Falls was reallt good, but i had a few disappointments, 1. there was no stove as was stated in the amenities. 2. No fresh towels, we had to use the same towels for 2 days and 3. There was no bathroom mats. I know that no room service is provided but the hoetel need to ensure additional towels are provided for the length of the time the guest are staying. However i still tried to enjoy my stay. Thanks. God bless

The rooms are great. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the pool as well. We did have a bit of trouble getting in but the cleaner was so helpful. Definitely recommend ‼️ loved the ambiance!
