This spacious island escape includes private boat docking (up to 28 ft boat) and is located just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. This two-story home includes a large backyard as well as multiple screen enclosed porches for enjoying the tropical breezes. Wifi, outdoor, and private pool included. Please note this bridgeless island is only accessible by ferry or private boat.

There is onerestaurant/bar on the island, as well as a place to get ice cream. There is a very small store attached to the restaurant which has a small selection of essentials. Palm Island is for those looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the mainland and everyday life.

The ferry to get onto the island is called Palm Island Transit. Most people choose to drive their car onto the ferry, which is $55 per car per round trip. You would then drive on the island to the house and park in the driveway.

Please Note: As of October 2024 this property no longer includes a golf cart. It was lost in a hurricane and is no longer available for guest use. The nightly rate has been adjusted accordingly to reflect this change.
