Island Oasis - Luxury Pool Home Steps to the Beach

This is a perfect location for all ages. If you prefer the beach, you’re close enough to walk. The access doesn’t have public parking so you don’t have to worry about overcrowding. The short walk to the beach also encourages evening walks. A quiet neighborhood too. We walked each morning, minimal traffic and noise. If you prefer poolside, this meets every need. I especially appreciate the shallow area where you can sun bathe in a chair while keeping your feet dipped in the water. The pool is in great shape and the nightlights add a little something for an after dark dip. Plenty of necessities on site, such as beach towels, dishes, linens, etc. beds are comfy. So many good things to say about this house. We’ve been several times and would encourage anyone looking to stay in Melbourne to check this place out. Plenty of food options too, in case you’d rather not cook. DoorDash and GrubHub can hook you up. Groceries can be delivered to your door. Great fishing too. You can fish from a nearby pier or charter. Five stars every time.

Close to anything you’d want to do! Away from crowds and steps from the beach. We are a repeat guest and have had a great experience each time. ❤️

We had a wonderful time at this beach home. It’s probably the BEST stocked home we have ever rented through VRBO. The owners have thought of everything and don’t lock you out of extra supplies. The kitchen is very well stocked and includes lots of extras! Rooms were comfortable. Pool was fantastic! Gorgeous Lanscaping around the entire property. Very safe area and an easy walk to the beach.

Book this place immediately! With 4 bedrooms, a dining room and two sitting rooms, the house is spacious, yet homey. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need to relax with chairs, wagons and beach towels for the beach and plenty of seating and floats for the pool. TVs are in every room with a strong WIFI signal and a selection of games allowing each person room to choose their entertainment. The backyard is a dream with an open pool, covered Lanai and covered patio. The beach is easily accessible for beautiful sunrises and morning walks. And a quick bike ride to the inter coastal for glowing sunsets. We tried several spots for dinner and drinks, BBs Grill was wonderful and directly on the beach. Delicious food and top notch service! The farmers market at Riverside park was a great way to spend an hour on Saturday with vendors ranging from food, sun catchers , clothing and skin care. Lisa was extremely accommodating and responsive. We will be back!

Clean property in great location. Great for families or adult getaways.

My family and I stayed here for a couple of days. There were 9 of us total, 5 adults and 4 kids ages 3-14. This house was the perfect size for all of us without feeling on top of each other. The backyard/pool area is spectacular. The 2inch side bar on the pool was perfect for our 3 year old. The house had everything needed for the pool or beach - chairs, floats, buckets, etc. My only suggestion - there was binder full of great information (phone numbers, garbage days, places to eat, things to do, etc.) put together. However, it was tucked away in a corner and we didn't find it until one of our last days. It would be helpful to have it out on the counter to see right away. Otherwise, everything was great and would definitely come back!

We loved every bit of our vacation. Pool kept the kids busy all week. Beach was a very short walk. Restaurants were close. Perfect location and perfect beach house.

This is our 3rd year in this house for our family reunion. It is the best. Love the tiki hut...we spent evenings playing pirate ring toss and laughing so hard. This house has so many features -- well equipped for babies, toddlers and everyone. Besides the tiki hut, there is the heated pool!! We are planning to come back next year for our 4th reunion.
