Stayed Jul 13, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and nicely furnished with a lovely front porch. Great location. It was fun to be right behind the fair grounds. However, sand burs prevented us from using the yard which was not being kept up. There were also sand burs stuck in all the rugs which we had to roll up and place out of the way.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was no properly equipped to be rented out as a vacation rental. Random flatware, insufficient pots and pans, electrical service was questionable, wifi mostly did not work, no outside shower*
