Island Life Little Gasparilla Home Waterfront on the Bay w/Private Dock

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on LGI! The house was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and you can truly tell the owners put so much thought into every detail. It felt welcoming the moment we arrived. We especially loved having the Christmas tree up—it made our stay feel extra cozy and festive. The location was perfect, and the dock was a huge bonus for enjoying the water. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and can’t wait to come back

Check in was smooth, the house was very clean and had all the necessities that we needed! The kitchen was fully stocked. The views from the screened in porch were amazing.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our island vacation. The view from the porch was beautiful. The water was beautiful. We wished we could have fishes more but we had some issues with our depth finder, but we still had an opportunity to enjoy the water. We have a second him that we go to most weekends so we enjoyed just laying around, cruising around, playing games, and just enjoying each other's company. If you want to unwind from the daily stressors, then this is the place to go. Thank you for having a well stocked, clean house, plenty of dishes, and all the necessities. Parking was easy at Eldred's marina. Gasparilla marina was wonderful with great service. The music and lights on the porch was our happy place. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay, again. This was our third time in this home. The location and size of the home are perfect for our family and we love the private dock. Our family of 4 spent 2 weeks here and plan to return!

Don’t miss out on this great property on LGI. We vacationed with two adults and our twin 14 year old boys for spring break. Checking in was seamless at this bayside home. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Highlights: private dock was in great condition and we spent our mornings sitting on the dock watching the sunrise. Did I mention how much we loved the private dock, and not having to share?! Location is perfect as it’s literally right inside the no wake zone. We zippped over to Eldreds in five minutes and down to the point in just a few minutes. Screened in porch is to die for with the amazing views of the bay and boats coming across. They had several kayaks and a stand up paddle board for our use. We had a great time with these. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook inside or on the awesome pellet grill. There were plenty trash bags, soap, cooking spices, ect in the kitchen. One thing not mentioned in the listing that was a great surprise was the large cart for transporting our gear from the dock to the house. This was a welcome surprise! Walk to the beach took less than three minutes at a very leisurely, flip flop pace. Thank you Captain & the Mermaids for an amazing stay on LGI.

This is truly a diamond in the rough don’t hesitate to book this wonderful vacation spot pack your bags now. My husband and I stayed for three days and we wish we could’ve been there for three months. It’s meticulously designed has everything you could need or want a beautiful home with a beautiful dock..

We had the best time and the house was perfect once again. Love the private dock, kayaks and screened porch is perfect for the evenings. We will be back!

Fabulous house for my family of 4! Amazing views from the screened in porch which is a must for me! Private dock allowed for easy boat docking and fishing. Short walk to the beautiful gulf coast beach - many sharks teeth and treasured shells found. Bring bug spray for island no seeums and mosquitos!
