Our cozy and beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bath private home offers the best of both worlds, with easy access to both theGulf and Lemon Bay—just steps from the house.

Relax, Unwind & Make Yourself at Home

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults, making it a wonderful getaway for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

The spacious primary bedroom features a large-screen TV, fully adjustable king-size bed, and private en-suite bathroom, creating a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.

The second bedroom features cozy, comfortable bunk beds, perfect for kids or adults.

For additional sleeping space, the living area includes a comfortable Murphy bed that transforms into a queen-size bed.

The beautifully decorated living room features a large-screen television and comfortable seating—a perfect place to relax after a day of beach adventures.

Gather Around the Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal at home. The large kitchen counter creates a wonderful gathering space, where everyone can sit, chat, enjoy a drink, and watch the chef work their magic.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the beautiful dining room table for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Some of our favorite vacation memories happen around the table with family and friends.

A dedicated laundry room is also available for your convenience.

Outdoor Living at Its Best

One of the things that makes our home special is the variety of outdoor spaces designed for relaxing and enjoying the Florida lifestyle.

Fire up the BBQ, gather around the outdoor dining table, or relax in our screened-in lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cool drink in the afternoon.

The front of the home features a beautifully finished paver area with artificial turf, creating a clean, comfortable outdoor space to sit back and enjoy the peaceful island surroundings.

Every area of the home has been thoughtfully designed and decorated to create a comfortable, memorable vacation experience.

Sunrise on Lemon Bay

Just a short walk from the house is our dock on beautiful Lemon Bay.

Grab your morning coffee and head down to watch the sunrise over the water. Bring your fishing gear and try your luck from the dock, or launch your kayaks directly into Lemon Bay and explore the beautiful waters surrounding Manasota Key.

Keep your eyes open—you never know what you might see. Manatees, dolphins, pelicans, beautiful coastal birds, and even a pair of American bald eagles can be spotted around the bay.

And then there’s the Gulf.

Our guests have private access to the Gulf , just a short walk from the home. Spend your days swimming, shelling, searching for shark teeth, building sandcastles, or simply relaxing by the water.

And when afternoon turns into evening, grab your favorite cocktail and head to the beach to watch the spectacular Gulf sunset.
