Island Delight: Pool Spa Dog Friendly by Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals

Great set up with pool and yard for our family with a large dog. The house was very clean, well stocked and in a great walkable location. The only minor issues (leading to 4 vs 5 stars) were that it didn’t have a garbage disposal in the kitchen and there was a very small hot water heater. We had to plan around & space out our showers with 4 people.

Very clean and location to everything was great. The pool and hot tub were nice and the back patio area was comfortable and spacious. The house was well equipped with basics you would need.

Clean, nicely furnished, great deck, pool and spa for outdoor relaxation. A pleasant place for a relaxing vacation located not far from the beach and near the center of the island for plenty of things to do nearby.

We enjoyed the property, the pool was very dirty and the toliet didn't work upon arrival. It all ended up working out, maintenace was out first thing sunday. but we were asked several times to leave the property for showings which was very disruptive of our stay while I traveled with 4 teens who do not like to wake up early on vacation.

Great location nicely remodeled. Would recommend to anyone.

We loved the pool and night swimming with the lights on. Parking was easy and it was so nice to not have to carry our luggage up any stairs! All the beds slept great and we loved the house had extra fans.

The grill was in need of some love or replacing.The location is great for walking, using the trolly, or driving to other attractions. Parking on the island is generally challenging only because of the lack of it.The only negative comment I have is with our security there. Which was only an issue with us the very last night we were there. After we went to bed before leaving early the next morning, we had a startling surprise that is very unsettling. The next renters arrived at about 9pm, and unlocked the door to let themselves in, using the 4 digit passcode that we were told to use. We understand, maybe the new renters had their days mixed up, or somehow it was booked wrong. But holy cow!Apparently the code is never reset.
