The Layout:
This isn’t your typical cookie-cutter rental. Island Breeze Villa features a rare layout with two independent living and kitchen spaces. This allows your group to spread out, enjoy private meals, or gather all together for movie nights. With 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, there is no more waiting in line for the shower after a long day at the beach.
Authentic Character:
We want our guests to feel at home, which means we keep it real: This is an older, well-loved property that has hosted many happy families over the years. You will notice areas of character and wear and tear that come with a high-traffic vacation home. It is not a luxury or modern high-end build, but it is a clean, safe, and fully functional space where everything works as it should.

Private Pool & Amenities:
The Pool: Enjoy your own private backyard pool—a perfect spot for the kids to splash while the adults grill nearby.
The Pool Room: Off the pool area is a small, private pool room. While this space is functional and provides a great transition from the water to the house, please note it is a simple utility space that is currently awaiting future updates.
Location: You are just a 5-minute walk (approx. 1 block) from the soft sands of South Padre Island
Parking: No need to worry about street parking; we offer dedicated space for up to 5 vehicles.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
- The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days, and $25 for each additional day. 24 hour advance notice is required.

    Amazing location!!! The listing was deceptive though as it read like it was an entire house. It is actually 3 separate units with a pool and garage in common. For a large group with lots of children it was not ideal as kids/parents had to be separated in different units.1 of the bedrooms is actually outside the building, and totally isolated from the rest. The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay though. The location is absolutely perfect!

    The house was not as advertised and had a bad musty nasty smell but we tried to remain positive and have a good time. On our second morning there the toilets were flushing really slow or not at all, the showers were starting to fill up.They were filling with sewage. We called maintenance and they sent someone out about 2 1/2 hours later. Maintenance couldn't fix it so they called they city thinking it was at the street. Then they called a plumber and the plumbers were there for awhile trying to snake out the drains. Plumbers said the clean out cap was not there and was full of sand and debris in the pipe. Meanwhile, I went to the rental office to try and set up a plan if we had to move. Management was less than helpful and wouldn't give us options until they heard from the plumber.Mind you, we have had sewage backing up in the drains and no running water for HOURS. Once the plumbers established the problem they stated that it was really bad and there was no way it was getting fixed.Management called and only offered a 4 bedroom house and a pathetic refund. Asked what other otions they had and was given nothing. I tried being polite but they weren't even offering us half our money back or to help find hotel rooms.Finally got them to agree to a partial refund but we still have not seen any money back. Such an inconvenience all around from the misleading pictures, moldy walls, throwing out all our groceries and booking new rooms. Horrible experience.T

    We had 6 couples stay. Great location, clean, spacious. Just had issues with the keys at times working. Would stay there again.

    Great location. Very easy check in/out process. Lots of space. Plenty of parking. Beds, furniture, and layouts were comfortable. Worked for my family of 11 easily, 4 grandparents on bottom to avoid stairs and 6 adults and 1 teen upstairs. We would recommend it to anyone.

    Let's start with the good things: 1.5 blocks from the beach! There were restaurants walking distance away. There was plenty of room for our party of 10.There were plenty of beds and bathrooms Our entire party could be seated at one dining room table.We had 3 separate refrigerators so there was plenty of space for everything and enough kitchen space since we had 2 separate kitchens. Needed improvement: The pool is pretty tiny and backyard landscaping is just weird and unfinished.The outdoor furniture is of the very cheapest quality and is not comfortable. There is an upstairs sunroom that is essentially wasted space; it could be be nice if someone took the time to finish it and put furnishings up there. Very minimal kitchen furnishings in terms of dishes, mugs, utensils and things that a person could use. This is also true of bathroom furnishings. In all of the bathrooms there were no hairdryers. The same is true of hangers in the closets. The comfortable seating in the living room was rather minimal. Some people had to lounge on uncomfortable dining room chairs. No code for the doors.Just one master physical key. Unacceptable features: Awful, scary entry way with uneven, poorly lit stairway for upstairs main living area. Horrible ugly first impression. Toilet would not flush even after a repair vist. Dishwasher worked unreliably. Closet was unfinished. Major construction project next door was noisy. The street was CLOSED by the city;couldnt leave/park car at times.
