Simple Check-Out:
When it's time to leave, follow a few quick steps for a seamless departure. Lock any keys (if applicable) and the smart lock to secure the home. Load all used dishes into the dishwasher and start a cycle – this small gesture helps our cleaners prepare for the next guest.

❄️ Thermostats and AC Units:
For summer stays, please set the AC to 68 degrees before leaving. During winter stays, set the heat to 60 degrees. Your attention to these settings ensures a comfortable experience for everyone.

Septic System:
The house is on a septic system, so please do not flush anything besides waste and toilet paper.

Grill:
For properties with grills, guests are responsible for bringing their own propane.
