Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect property. Large, clean and well appointed. We have stayed in several different properties in Eagle Crest. This is one of my favorites as far as the accommodations.
It was perfect for us because master on the main was perfect for just 2, the grounds are awesome and you wouldn’t have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. Hiking, biking and pickle ball are just a few things to do.
Great location within short walk of pool and walking paths next to a brook. Fully stocked kitchen, and large living area was nice along with the bbq and back patio.
Tons of space, loved the access to the pools ans beautiful location! Quick reaponses from management with questions. Hot water ran out quickly with 5 people but otherwise great stay!
Had everything we needed for the week.
