    A nice townhouse in a cute community. Wish it was a bit closer to the beach but there's plenty of other stuff to do in the immediate area too, including restaurants, shopping and water parks. Love that there was a pool and plenty of parking and having linens included was such a big help. We'd definitely stay again!

    Property was spacious and well Appointed. It is close to a major roadway with tons of traffic, but far away enough so that it wasn’t loud. Only thing you could hear was ambulances. The property is about 2 miles from the beach and the boardwalk. There is a community pool which we used almost daily but It could have been cleaned a bit better though. The only issues were small ones and were reported to the property management company after check out and hopefully will be remedied soon. Overall a great condo and very comfortable.

    Everything was as advertised. Spacious living room and dining room. Great kitchen. Bedrooms were large and all had their own bathrooms. Very nice pool. We did have an issue with no parking pass and no pool fob. Vacasa did address these issues and issued me a credit on my credit card for the parking fees we incurred.

    Home was nice. Not enough linen for all pillows. Floors need better cleaning. Living room furniture adequate but nothing to write home about. No shower mates for all baths.

    The townhouse is just as pictured. The screened in porch on the second level was wonderful in the morning and in the evening to sit out and have tea, coffee or just read. Each bedroom was large with its own bathroom, the thrid level rear one had a balcony. Every amenity that you can think of was provided. I like that linens were provided. The management company was very attentive, even offering to send over someone when we had a question. The townhome is very clean.
