The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortably furnished rental with plenty of space and even a working wood fireplace that we got to enjoy on an unseasonably cold night. Dated furnishings and decor really didn't bother us and probably played into what we felt was a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again!

The kids had a blast playing in the snake around the house and it was great access up to bachelor. The listing was right in.
We had a great time with our family at this home. Close to Fort Rock and an easy bike ride to the village. Kitchen had all we needed to make meals at home. Enjoyed the BBQ and time on the deck.
We loved everything about this home. My kids really enjoyed having toys and board games at the house. Food Market place and bicycle/walking trails near by. Deer walked up to the big windows in the morning. It's a really cozy and beautiful house.
Was really hoping covid would not affect the hours and amount of people allowed in. It did and I was unable to get a chance to swim or hang out in the hot tub. Other than that me and my family enjoyed are stay.
