Skylights and cathedral windows give the living area a light and open feel with extensive common area on two sides of the home that provides privacy and openness. The living area has a gas fireplace that adds ambiance and warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days. Includes gas fireplace, central A/C, Wi-Fi, EV charging plug, and SHARC pool passes. This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 14 guests.

Living Area: The impressive, 2700 square foot home with the upgraded furnishings has a luxurious feeling. Furnishings include a leather sectional in the living room. The living area features two story cathedral windows, and three rooms have skylights that give the home a light and airy feeling. In winter the gas fireplace keeps you warm while watching snow fall outside the two story windows. In summer the central air conditioning helps cool warm days. There is a 55 inch LCD TV over the gas fireplace and Bluetooth speaker system with Blue-Ray player, and Wi-Fi high speed wireless internet access.

Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen includes granite countertops with breakfast bar (seating for 4), and is open to the dining area with solid mango wood table (seating for 10). From the dining room there is direct access to the patio and wood pellet BBQ and smoker. Kitchen is fully supplied with commonly used cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Attention to detail includes a coffee pot and Keurig for those who enjoy a cup or two to start the morning.

Bedrooms & Loft: There are 3 master suites with king beds and private baths. The one on the second floor has a private balcony. The rear downstairs master suite has an exterior door with direct access to the hot tub. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds, with baths in the hall nearby. Upstairs is a large loft with two alcoves with single beds, a trundle bed, Foosball table, Xbox360, and wall-mounted 46 inch LCD TV. All 5 bedrooms as well as the LIving room and Loft have LCD TV's with Roku streaming devices with included YouTube TV cable channels, Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Paramount+. In the baths you will find a selection of upgraded starter toiletries that includes shampoo/conditioner and soap, as well as a hair dryer.

Deck, Hot Tub & Parking: The large 16 x 24 ft paver patio includes wood pellet barbecue/smoker and patio furnishings to enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub is at the back of the home, with privacy screen and additional room for seating and socializing. There is a double carport with additional paved parking area.

Rules: No Pets. No Smoking. No parties. Sunriver ordinances strictly enforced by Sunriver police: Quite hours 10 pm to 7 am. No fires or fireworks. No nuisance due to over occupancy. No overnight accommodations in trailers or RVs. Max RV/trailer parking at house 48 hours (RV lot available). No parking on the side of roads. No use of any type of firearm or weapon. Home is best suited to families as we have a full time resident neighbor with children and ask you are respectful of their environment.
