The cottage is nestled on the part of the Boardman Estate on Black Cove. This property boasts amazing ocean views, stunning sunrises, and fresh breezes. Kayak along the coastline, walk to Tucks Point for morning coffee, and swim for a refreshing start to the day. Kids love the swings and catching crabs off the pier. Relax and watch the boats in the harbor from the Rotunda, your favorite drink in hand. Tour the area and discover local attractions like Stage Fort Park, the Salem Witch Trials Memorial, North Shore Music Theatre, and Cape Ann Whale Watch, all within a 10-mile radius.

The cottage has a casual vibe and is relaxing and private. It is still charmed today by the passing of the train, the sunsets, the fresh ocean air, peace, and tranquility—a haven for relaxation. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Marvel at the blanket of natural light over the space and the comfort radiating from every corner. Stream a movie marathon on the large TV or share a homemade meal together at the formal dining table. Hobby chefs will enjoy preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen with ample cupboard room. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Make memories that'll last a lifetime when you book this fantastic vacation rental today.
