This darling retreat has been recently updated and some of the upgrades include repainting most of the interior and all cabinet doors and drawers, replacing carpet with new wood floors, sliding glass door shutters with pull-aside, light reducing blings, and all bathroom light fixtures, installing all-new cabinet and drawer hardware, new tables in the living room, closet lights, undercabinet lighting in the kitchen, new window treatments, frameless shower door in the primary bedroom, new bedroom furniture in the primary and second bedroom, new lamps in the living room, primary bedroom, and second bedroom, new ceiling fans throughout, new landing bench with boot and shoe storage, and refinishing all woodwork (baseboards, doors, and windows sills).

Plus, the living area and kitchen will be a hub for entertaining with breakfast bar seating and a seamless layout that will allow for mingling as the chef of the group shows of their skills.     We really enjoyed staying here. The ceilings are all vaulted and it feels very open and big. The rooms are nice and the three bathrooms are great. We loved the wooden floors and the quietness of being on the top floor. We will definitely try to stay here again.

    The property needs to be upgraded. The fireplace knob should be replaced, the refrigerator water and ice cube maker does not work there should be extra sheets and blankets, the master bedroom mattress pad is stained and the cabinets below the kitchen sink and counters are collapsing. Ok not great

    Place was clean when we arrived. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Free Ride bus stop right by place. Only thing that was a pain was you’re only allowed 1 vehicle to park at the property. Even though there’s room for 1 in the garage, and 1 in driveway without obstructing any other nearby properties. There is overnight parking in a lot nearby.

    Condo was priced right but almost immediately when you walk in the issues started. Good Parts: 3 separate bedrooms with own baths.Issues : scented flowers or cleaning fluids resulted in strong odors. Oversized fridg so freezer door would not open. Ice maker broken. No Welcome Book to tell user about access to hot tub,, trash containers. Snow partially blocking access to garage. Large dresser in garage causing difficulty parking car.Numerous other small things just not up to usual rental standards. But again, pricing good. I guess you get what you pay for.

    We loved the great location! We walked everywhere we needed to go. The place fit our family of 5 adults very well and we were super comfortable. We were only disappointed to find that the property listed cable and actually did not have cable. It had a non working ROKU, so we were unable to watch a big game we had been looking forward to seeing. Other than that, we were very happy with the property.

    Location was great. You could walk to restaurants and shops on Main Street. Furniture and layout of unit was excellent. Only negative was the unit was directly on Main Street, so there was a lot of road noise in the main living area. Though the bedrooms were quiet since they faced the inside of community.

    Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, perfect for 6 guests. You do have to climb 19 stairs to access the unit, but then everything is on one level. If you want to use the grill, you have to go across the street to Main Street Station to use a shared grill. Nice hot tub right across from the garage.

    Overall this was a great unit. We loved the 3 bedrooms as we have 3 adult kids and one is male. Usually in 2 bedrooms he is on the couch. There is a bit of traffic noise due to the location but it was a great place.
