Inviting house with large enclosed yard, central AC, washer/dryer, & golf nearby

The inside of the house was in good condition. The kitchen and bathrooms were done well. Overall definitely good for the cost. Biggest concern was the backyard fence had missing boards and while we didn't have an issue, it did give us pause for the kids. We were happy with the house and feel that it's a good option for families or couples. Convenient for McDonald's.

Do not book this property. What a disappointment. This house was everything I hate about bad vacation rentals.The two biggest issues were that the WiFi was not working and despite contacting the host multiple times, they never got it working for the duration of our stay nor sent us an update. I also booked this rental specifically because it had a tub, and I was traveling with a toddler. When we arrived the tub drain was broken and the drain was full of hair. We contacted them immediately. The next day we received no follow up, so we reached out again and they just continued to tell us that they could not reach their local team. It wasn't until about 4PM that they finally got in touch with us. Beyond these two major issues, the house was dirty upon arrival and clearly had not been accessed in weeks. The yard needed mowing, there was trash on the front lawn, dead roaches on the floor and in the showers. The linens were paper thin (this is not an exaggeration they were literally as thin as paper). There was random stuff in all the closets and drawers - dirty blankets, dirty rags, an entire mattress stuffed in one closet. The water filter in the fridge needed replacing. There were several outstanding repairs - broken knobs, broken towel holders, etc. And to top it off, the door to the garage did not lock, which had us feeling very unsettled for the full stay. I of course understand that sometimes there are issues, but Vacasa's response was minimal and disappointing.

Overall great stay, house was super clean, beds were very comfy! Couldn’t really tell from the pics that the house was on a main street, but the noise wasn’t bad at all! Only complaint was that the tv only had HBO and Netflix, there weren’t other apps that we could log into with our own accounts to watch live tv (football).

The house was lovely inside. Not handicap friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and plenty of towels. The kitchen could use a skillet but everything else was there. The weeds were high outside but we had a lovely stay.

Convenient. Centrally located. Easy access. House well equipped.

This home is everything you need for an easy getaway especially if you are going to be gone the majority of the time. The beds are comfortable and each room has darkening curtains. The showers are spacious and nice. Each bathroom has two sinks. Has all the basic necessities.

We liked the interior of the house, Liked how the house had 2 restrooms. I would recommend this house to any one looking to stay close to downtown.

Interior is spacious and renovated well. In a decent area and not far from the shopping and beaches.

Location was great. We were there to visit my daughter who’s in college there. The inside of the property matches pictures online. Love the remodeling done! Was missing a few things that would make the trip better like a toaster, more pots and utensils. The backyard is huge and would be great if there was a fire pit and some chairs so you could enjoy it. Beds are really comfortable. The only issue getting in the property is the code it so long that you can’t remember it. Maybe make it like the last 4 of the guests phone number so it would be easy to memorize. Would stay again. We had plenty of space and close to most everything.

Great location nicely renovated, had plumbing issues & could use more cooking supplies but really a nice place.

Comfortable beds and customer service my only suggestion is you probably need to bring a toaster Kitchen lacked cooking utensils but we bough a couple and left for the next person. But other than parking (for us anyway with large work truck and trailer) it was a great stay

It's a quaint and clean house. It's good for a small group of people who want an affordable place to stay, that is near the beach.
