Inviting home with enclosed yard, full kitchen, patio, & W/D

Positives include a sapcious and modern home in a great location. There was great access to downtown and lots of things to do nearby. The neighbrohood was very nice and the home itself generally clean and great for entertaining a larger group. While the home was generally clean, there were some notable exceptions. Several of the bath towels were dirty (2 had mucus stains and another a large stain). There were also crumbs in one of the beds, indicating it had not been properly cleaned prior to arrival. I would still recommend the home for the reasons above; however, I would suggest packing your own towels and bed sheets.

The house is immaculate. The local perfect. The house needs a few items like hangers in the closets and dish towels.

Booked a trip of 7 the home was immaculate, spacious. The location was ideal minutes from all our attractions. Nice quiet upscale neighborhood etc. Minutes from most attractions 6th street, Barton's pool & all our attractions. 100/10

We loved the house but obviously there is some dispute between the owners and the next door neighbors. The neighbor has signs posted in his yard trying to ward off potential renters, which was a little off-putting. The only other thing I would mention just to make people aware- the house is on a pretty steep incline, and there is a set of stairs to make it up to the main living area. We had elderly parents with us, which made it a little difficult, but overall the house was great!

This property was great! We were in the Austin area working for a couple weeks and the location of this property was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for me and my co workers so we were able to have our own space, but also come together in a shared area when we wanted. The host was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Was a great place, Hot tub that was in the ad when we booked was no longer there so that was a drag. Neighbor has a little beef with the owners and have yard signs talking about it, to welcome you in the driveway. Also beware of low clearance cars as driveway is steep, and it intersects the road at a sharp angle. Great kitchen, Otherwise nice spot.

This property was the perfect place for our family to gather for my daughter’s wedding. The house is beautiful and comfortable and had everything that we needed. We loved both the indoor and outdoor spaces and would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested. We loved our stay in Austin!

Hi there, our group of 6 adult women visited Austin for the weekend. Upon arrival we were greeted by signs posted on the neighbors lawn advising against renting this house. That was very creepy. The house itself is set in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. One of the main reasons we booked the house was because it had a jacuzzi. We were disappointed to find out they removed it without being notified ahead of arrival. The listing also stated 5 beds, but only 4 were able to be used, since the 5th had a weight restriction. Lots of disappointing surprises, but I would still recommend the house.

The place was beautiful and comfortable at the same time

The house was GORGEOUS. So well decorated and really comfortable stay for our weekend mom's getaway. Even with 6 women, we had plenty of space to sleep, lounge, get ready, and adequate bathroom space. Excellent layout. Only downsides were poor communication/support with the management company (felt a lot like dealing with an unhelpful bot), weak WiFi, and we couldn't get the hot tub to work until late on our very last night (the host did at least give us a credit to compensate for it). Would definitely recommend/stay here again.

On our last night we had a few friends over for a hot tub. Opened it up and it was cold water and no electricity to the control unit. In other words, it wasn't working. No one told us there would be no hot tub.

The house is amazing and the pics don’t do it justice. 6 of us stayed here including 2 kids and everyone loved the house. The kitchen was perfect for us to cook in and we enjoyed the screened in patio. They had plenty of towels and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We did cook, but since it was a road trip we brought our own spices and seasonings with us and thankful that we did, since the kitchen didn’t already have some. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and the signs from the neighbors yard that was mentioned in another review didn’t bother us so don’t let that stop you from booking.

The beds were comfortable, the house had everything our family of five needed and the location was fantastic. We had lots of extra room so this house could comfortably fit a larger family or multiple families. My children enjoyed the bunk beds and we found the screened in back patio very relaxing when it rained.

Lovely, clean, spacious, comfy, modern, quiet, great location, nice neighborhood, great guest services, garage for car - stay here, you will be pleased

This is a beautiful home but we had significant problems with the beds and the jacuzzi. I would not recommend this property based on the problems and terrible responsiveness by the owner
