Inviting Colorado Springs House w/ Spacious Deck!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at this little slice of heaven! Large bedrooms and meeting space to accommodate our game playing and meeting space. The care takers, Susan and Larry, were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. A plus is there is a Catholic Church across the street so it was convenient to go to mass. Church bells heard on the hour was a delight during the day. We had daily visitors of deer and that made us all so happy. The Broadmoor hotel is around the corner and provided entertainment for us as well. We truly hope to return at some point!

Awesome location and loads of character!

The house is large and conveniently located to the Broadmoor. unfortunately, both the plumbing and the electrical need a lot of work .even though there are four bathrooms you can only use a hairdryer in one of them and there is almost nonexistent water pressure. One of the shower floors is also extremely slippery The house managers Susan and Larry are amazing and wonderful.

Great deck. Great beds. Tons of room and couch space. Close to 7 Falls and right next to the Catholic Church and The Broadmoor. Property managers next door. Very nice people.

Wonderful home with everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay, managed by nearby warm and helpful caretakers nearby.100% recommend.

We had 3 couples and 2 single adults- beautiful & spacious. Privacy was excellent. The house is very quiet-especially when you’re in your rooms. The grounds were great! The care takers, Sue & Wally were helpful and kind. We had one bathroom issue and it was taken care of quickly and all was great!!! We recommend! Especially if you have an event at the Broadmoor.

What a lovely and spacious home. We were attending our niece’s wedding at The Broadmoor and the church was literally across the street from the house. We were able to walk to all the wedding festivities. Host were readily available for all our needs. An incredible experience and plan to return in the near future

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Colorado Springs property during the Senior U.S. Open. The location couldn’t have been better—directly across the street from The Broadmoor, making it incredibly convenient to walk to and from the golf tournament each day.The home itself was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces—the barbecue area was perfect for evening meals, and the open-air deck surrounded by tall pine trees created a peaceful, relaxing environment to unwind.Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We were all very pleased and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a family gathering and stayed at this house for 3 nights. It was well represented by the photos on-line and, indeed, was everything one could hope for in a vacation home. The kitchen was well stocked with pantry supplies to supplement any cooking. There are games, books, and a multitude of sitting spaces so a large group will not feel cramped. We especially enjoyed time on the deck. The location is perfect for walking to the Broadmoor. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again. Susan and Larry kindly welcomed us to the property and we knew they were available if we had any additional needs. This was a great stay!

We rented the house for our family attending our sons' wedding at the Broadmoor. We loved the location and the home was so comfortable. Susan and Larry were accommodating and helpful. The check in process was easy. We would absolutely rent this home again in the future. Thank you.

We have stayed here on several occasions. We have a large, yearly conference at the Broadmoor Hotel and this house is a perfect home base. The house has lots of space and is an easy walk the all our meetings.

Located in a nice neighborhood very close to the Broadmoor, this home was very spacious and provided plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax.

We were immediately impressed by the wonderful home and convenient location. We alternated between visiting the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs. This was a convenient spot for all of those areas. Our friends and family enjoyed the comfortable furniture and many options for relaxation.

Hreat stay great host perfect location

We were in town for USAFA parents weekend…two families from opposite coasts. Seven adults had plenty of space with all king and queen beds, and the numerous bathrooms. An absolutely beautiful home with everything you need for cooking and entertaining, and simply full of charm! Fantastic, convenient and family friendly location… There is simply nothing like the Broadmoor area! Larry & Susan were perfect hosts…thank you for a wonderful week in beautiful Colorado Springs!

Very spacious, well decorated, and in the Broadmoor neighborhood. Loved the deck and its privacy!

This is a very comfortable older home with everything we needed for 3 older couples. The kitchen is very well equipped and we used the outdoor grill. Very large living space and beautiful outdoor deck. The neighborhood is lovely, just minutes from the Broadmoor Hotel. The only drawback is that 3 of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs and the house appears as a ranch on the photos. Also due to the age of the house, the electrical system is older and the downstairs bathrooms are not equipped for using any hairdryers or curling irons. Overall, very clean, very comfortable home and the hosts, Susan and Larry were so nice! You will enjoy your stay here!
