This space is only a 5-minute walk from University Heights Main Street restaurants and shops and a 10-minute walk to the bus hub for direct Down Town/Gaslamp access or San Diego's train station for easy coastal exploration.

Bike lanes make North Park, Normal Heights, South Park, Hillcrest, and Balboa Park quickly accessible by scooter or bike.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Smoking is not permitted • Guest ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: Driveway access only and additional street parking available for guests. • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150. • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. While we are centrally located in a great pocket of the city, this is a neighborhood home, so guests must be considerate of reasonable quiet hours.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

    Everything about this stayt was outstanding. The house is spacious, modern bright with comfy rooms and fantastic kitchen and living area. The location is perfect - nice quiet neighborhood yet still short walking distance to the more urban feeling University Heights area with a wide variety of restaurants. The customer service was top notch from booking, through check-in/check-out. I've stayed in a lot of rental accommodations and this one is at the top of my list. Highly recommend.

    We spent a weekend in San Diego and stayed at this home. Everything was super clean and the hosts were very accommodating and always checking in with us if we needed anything. The rooms were spacious and everything was updated and beautiful. Highly recommend this house to anyone!

    I would recommend this place. When we arrived the house was clean and because we were late coming in the lights were turned on for us. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was just as it is pictured. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family. The host was quick to respond to any concerns we had. Also restaurants and coffee shops are in walking distance.We are giving this place 5 stars.

    Just stayed at this property and I highly recommend. It has a nice big area with an open kitchen, dining and family room. The bedrooms were nice and everything was clean. The backyard is very clean as well with a nice patio and a good side yard for the dogs. It’s also an easy walk to lots of restaurants and coffee shops so no need to drive if you don’t want to. We enjoyed our stay.

    This is a cute, spacious, clean house in University Heights. You can walk two blocks to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and stores and it is easy to get to from the airport. The property managers respond quickly to any questions. Highly recommended!!

    Centrally-located, clean and well-maintained house with enclosed backyard. Easy on/off to interstate roads. Walking distance to University Heights neighborhood and many restaurants and shops. We can recommend without reservations.

    This house is great. It is modern, and well decorated. It had everything we could.havr possibly needed. There is a strong dog pee smell in the large bedroom. But overall, this was the perfect house for my stay. It was also nice to be so close to restaurants, coffee shops, and a brewery.
