InVacationRentals 5BR Very Close Ocean View w/ Spa

We enjoyed our week stay – 3 generations from 88 to 15. Something for everyone. Great location and walking distance to the beach, coffee, mini mart, sit-down dining and take-away. There is a nearby amusement park and miles of the paved Ocean Front walkway. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and sunsets from the top deck. No complaints 10/10

We knew this was an older home, but the home needed repairs that needed some repairs before renting again. One of the shower doors was broken, and we were unable to get a handyman while we were there. Another bathroom didn't have hot water. The hot tub took 10 hours to heat up and was subsequently only used once because we were not comfortable leaving it on (paid extra for a hot tub that was not used). The light switches in the upstairs hallway were covered in duct tape and were tied to the bedroom with the small balcony and room with twin beds. We had to use the hallway switch and a remote control to turn the fans on. Another switch (also covered with duct tape) controlled the room with the 2 twin beds. We paid extra for 5 rooms, but no one stayed in the room with the twin beds because the beds were rock hard and NO ONE wanted to sleep there, so we doubled up in the other rooms. There was a fry pan and a flat pan (without a handle that we used for cooking. Both pans need to be thrown own and replaced. There was a stair going upstairs with loose tile. The towels are old & worn out. One of the stairs going from the upstairs room to the balcony had missing parts of a stair on the landing. The parking information was misleading. Unless you are lucky enough to find a small parking space on the street, the ONLY overnight parking is 2-3 blocks down the road. Belmont and adjacent marina do not allow overnight parking. The microwave upstairs does not work.

We love our stay, from the beautiful views to the wonderful hospitality. The house was stocked just right with toiletries and towels and was just great for my family. We will definitely be staying again!!

This mission beach rental is great for accommodating a big family. The location is AMAZING! It is with in walking distance to almost anywhere you would want to go or anything you need . It is clean and has many amenities to make your stay convenient and comfortable. The management is very nice and easy to communicate with. Our family will definitely be renting this beach home again in the future.
