Loved the house. It was perfect for our family and so close to everything.

Plenty of space for our family gathering.

Perfect for our groupPlenty of space and plenty of kitchen supplies. It was excellent

This was an AMAZING place to stay!!!! Everything was perfect!

ALL WAS AS ADVERTIZED AND WE HAD A GREAT TIME

Check-in was simple and easy. The instructions from the host were clear and easy to understand. And, the house was perfect for my family. We would definitely rent this property again.

Everything was great.

Our group of 10 adults and 5 kids really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and spacious. There were plenty of linens for all 8 bedrooms and bathrooms plus the kitchen and hot tub. The kids had a great time on the playground and putting green. We appreciated having 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and 2 laundry rooms. It was in a great location near to attractions in Branson. I would definitely stay here again if the occasion would arise.

This house was absolutely perfect for our big group. Having a group with a lot of adult children this house did not disappoint with everyone having their own bathroom. Fire pit for late night s’mores was great for memories. The best part was 2 dishwashers, a double oven and all the kitchen amenities including 2 crock pots and 2 coffee pots! Brad and Pam were very responsive. We would definitely recommend this house for a group. It is minutes from everything you could want.

We stayed in rental house no. 2 which accommodated 19 of us ( 5 couples, 2 pre teen girls, 7 children ) The rental was immaculate with ensuite bathrooms. Bathrooms were clean and sufficiently stocked with towels, shower gel and shampoo. Beds slept well, no complaints from any of the adults. Children’s room was perfect for our children with two bunks (one with twins top and bottom, the second one twin on top, full on bottom). The gaming system definitely kept our children occupied. Kitchen clean and sufficiently stocked with tableware, cutlery, glasses, cups etc to accommodate our families. Two dishwashers definitely was a plus to help us stay on top of the dishes. Laundry room located on both levels was appreciated. Overall, this rental satisfied all! It was great stay and felt like a home away from away. Everything we needed was there and did not need to contact the host. Would stay here again.

This house was amazing and perfect fxor our situation. Host was absolutely amazing. Their communication was quick and extremely helpful. Will rent again!

The house was beautiful and in a wonderful location. We look forward to booking again!

Second year using this house! Love it and will use it again!

Everything was fabulous! Great house layout, perfectly clean, easily accessible. We had a great time… thank you!

Everything was wonderful!!!

Everything with this rental was outstanding. Brad is a very responsive host. The house is great. Amenities were as advertised.

The house is wonderful and Brad is a very responsive host. We had one of the best stays we've had in any VRBO. Great job !!!!

Everything was perfect, great location, very clean, easy to communicate needs with, we loved the house!!

The house was perfect for our annual family gathering! The number of beddrooms and baths were amazing! I have to say that you had the most well equipped kitchen of any house we have rented in Branson and we have been doing this the same weekend for many years! The long table was perfect for many intense Left, RIght, Center games. The downstairs provided enough seating for our gift exchange. The location was awesome. We would definately rent this in the future!

Brad and Pam were excellent and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. 12 people were extremely comfortable with more than enough room. Everything we could have needed was there and available. Just wish we were there in the summer to use the pool !!

The kitchen was exceptionally clean and was equipped with just about everything we needed for making regular meals plus our Thanksgiving meal. The convenience of a refrigerator on each floor plus a laundry room on each floor cannot be overstated. And there were 8 bedrooms each with its own bath. That was a godsend. We had 8 adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 16 to 3 yrs old plus one newborn infant. And everyone was well accommodated. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was awesome. Great location. Well stocked house. Had everything we needed

This was absolutely perfect for our group of ladies. We had a group of fourteen ranging in age from 30 to 80. The no-step entry worked wonderfully for our seniors. The hot tub was great for the chilly evening/mornings. The fully furnished kitchen was so helpful. One of our favorite features was the ability to all be seated together at the table for meals and games. We were thankful for the seven parking spaces and the two sets of washers/dryers, one set on each floor. We had an incident where we needed to quickly get in touch with the owners. After I sent a text, they replied immediately. This property is pretty incredible. The owners are wonderful.

Everything was good. Had a death in the family so had less people than usual. Only 7 total so only used 4 of the 8 bedrooms. Coming back the weekend before Thanksgiving and hope to have full house for that stay in your great house.

Everything was great! Perfect for our family

This property worked out perfectly for our large family get together.

The property is amazing! Very clean and has everything you need. Close to all the attractions in Branson with plenty of room for large groups. The host is very accommodating and easy to reach for any questions.

This is a wonderful house. It was amazing. We were a group of 12 women. We had a great time. We will be back again. Brad was very easy to work with.

Great place and host! Our son enjoyed the pool, playground and put put area.

You won’t regret this decision

Central location, easy access to activities. Well equipped kitchen. Very happy with house set up for a group of 16 family members. Great pool - appreciated the pool towels.

We had a great time. Our kids and grandkids loved the pool. Many happy memories were made that weekend.

It was wonderful having a bathroom in all eight bedrooms, the pool table below was used many hours of our stay, so many amenities, great quality towels in the bathrooms, so many dishes, available to use, dual dishwashers, upper and lower oven, washer, and dryer up and down. Brad was quick to answer any questions. He really cared about us having a wonderful time. We are so grateful for the easy check-in and easy checkout. The pool was just across the street with lots of chairs to relax. Great place to stay.

Most relaxing home we have stayed in the pool is awesome the location is awesome. Zero problems allFun

5 Stars – Perfect for a Large Family Gathering! Our extended family of nearly 60 recently stayed at this beautiful property in the Ozarks, renting three of the five available homes. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The homes were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a perfect blend of togetherness and personal space. The layout of the houses made it easy for different age groups to relax and enjoy their own activities, while still being close enough to gather when we wanted to.The real highlight was the pool area—it served as the central hub for our group. Whether we were swimming, relaxing poolside, or just catching up with one another, the space was ideal for family bonding. This property provided the perfect setting for our reunion, and we left with so many special memories. Highly recommend for large groups or family events. A top-notch vacation in every way!

House was amazing and well stocked with everything we needed. Location was close to everything and the pool was really nice.

The rental was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the stay very much

Great house with excellent location. Our large family had plenty of room . Close to sight and sound theater

We had 9 people in our group. We had an amazing time and the property was absolutely perfect! I was pleasantly surprised with all that was included in the house. After staying in so many properties in Florida where they barely provide you with enough supplies to get you through the first day, this was like we hit the jackpot! Will definitely stay here again!!

Staying at this property made us all feel like we were at home. The kitchen is very well stocked with many daily used items. It was close distance to all of the Branson activities and had a variety of things to do right at the property. The hot tub was clean and perfect temperature. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the pool because we were there in the off season, but it looked beautiful and inviting. We absolutely loved that each room had their own bathrooms and having laundry on each floor to dry hot tub towels and do laundry. You would never know we had 14 people in the house because you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. I have already highly recommended this location to multiple people. We hope to go back and enjoy many more opportunities in Branson and make more memories. Thank you!!!

Enjoyed the location. Close proximity to all Branson attractions. Loved the full bath with every room.

We brought three families, 12 of us in total, to Branson for a few days in this house was absolutely perfect. The house was new and well equipped and very comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included.

We loved the property as it fit our families well!! We loved the layout of the house as well as the location of the property in Branson. Thanks for a fun week!!

Everything was new fresh and clean

We had an amazing time at this excellent home with our 18 member family! Owner was great to communicate with and the property is in excellent condition. We loved having a bathroom in each room. The kids had a great time with the hot tub and pool table.

The accommodations were exceptional. A VERY well planned out home. Spacious, kitchen stocked with all necessary needs. Lots of silverware and needed supplies provided. TWO dishwashers! There was not one item missing, to complete our stay! THANK YOU! WE WILL BE BACK!

Perfect way to gather the family together!

Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. Nice quiet property. Super great communication from property owners. Great location. One of the best places we have stayed while in Branson. Thank you.

Loved this! Perfect for our group of 14 ladies. Had a couple of small issues but Brad was very prompt in fixing them! Some enjoyed the pool others the hot tub. Enjoyed being able to take walks close tho the house. Loved the kitchen! Roomy and had almost anything you needed. The bedrooms were nice also. Beds a little hard. We plan to come back next year! Thank you Brad!!
