Stayed Oct 23, 2025The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Furnishings are designer quality and appliances are new. Location in the North Loop is very convenient to local coffee shops and to downtown Austin. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and very walkable.This was the second time that we had stayed here and look forward already to a return trip.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025I cannot overstate how wonderful this place is. The design of the home is perfect and the furnishings are top quality. It’s very comfortable and cozy and the location is close to lots of great shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. If you like exercising outside, it is a great neighborhood for walking or running. We will book this home every time we visit Austin. Plus, the host is amazing!!! Our best rental ever!

Stayed Apr 3, 2025My husband and I travel quite a bit and often stay in VRBO properties. This one is definitely one of our favorites. Communication with our host was easy and quick. The house was extremely clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the equipment one needs to make any meal. The linens and towels were upscale. The beds were extremely comfortable. All of the furnishings were modern and new as well as comfortable. The house is spacious with a dining area that can easily seat eight as well as a living room and separate den/TV room. The two bedrooms upstairs are also spacious with large walk in closets and ensuites. The location is in a very walkable and safe neighborhood close to coffee shops and local restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Austin.

From the minute you walk in the door you will be wow'd! Smells good, so clean, everything is new and top of the line!! The location is great too! Stayed Dec 19, 2023Absolutely fabulous property located in the North Loop of Austin. Accessible to all major sites with restaurants and shopping nearby. Well stocked chef's kitchen with All Clad cookware and everything you'd need to bake and/or cook. Well maintained property and excellent communication with owner. Highly recommend.
