Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. Conveniently situated just east of Downtown Colorado Springs, this apartment offers proximity to a plethora of attractions in the area. Originally a garage, it has been transformed into a stunning private unit with great decorations and thoughtful touches like snacks and candies on the pillows. Within minutes, you'll find yourself amidst fantastic restaurants, top-notch attractions, and with easy access to I-25, merely 2 miles away.

Recently remodeled, the bathroom features a pristine tile shower, vanity, and toilet. We provide amenities including a hairdryer, plush towels, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to enhance your stay. While the bathroom is compact, it is well thought out and stocked with everything you need.

Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

    Great and cozy place to stay for a weekend in COS. Very clean and quiet, close to everything. Would defintely stay again. Very comfy beds too. Host was very attentive :)

    No place is perfect but due to the communication with Kaitlyn, this place was super close to being absolute perfection. The place is super cozy but still plenty of room to have some privacy if you need a moment. The beds are insanely comfy too. It’s so convenient with the kitchen and the laundry room just right outside the unit. Parking was really easy and the property just felt super safe from the get go. Whether it’s this property or another of Kaitlyn’s, I’ll for sure be booking again. Even if it’s just for a staycation.

    Stayed to spend time with my son for Christmas! Very conveniently located to lots of attractions. Very nice place and decor. Was confused upon arrival didn’t know it was a garage converted to a two bedroom apartment! But very nice on the inside! Neighbor hood wasn’t the best looking but very quiet and no problems at all. Will definitely book again

    This unit is in a converted garage, and is in a terrible neighborhood. Two homes immediately adjacent are falling apart with old vehicles out front. It did not feel safe. I never even set my things down. The vinyl planking in the bedroom is obviously covering rotten floors next to the bed. The entire apartment smelled like a box of carpet fresh had been poured throughout. I had a headache the moment I stepped in. When I left after about 2 minutes the door would not lock behind me. All the property owner would say was that they hand hundreds of customers and had never had a complaint. Which is interesting because they only had two reviews. I stayed in a best western, but did not receive any money back from the owner. Also, I have stayed in dozens of rental homes and have never left a bad review. Even when a place was just mediocre.

    This was a perfect home away from home for a long weekend in Colorado Springs. The house is comfy, cozy, and clean. Kaitlyn’s communication is amazing and the home was well stocked with essentials like coffee, shampoo, etc! Location is quiet and safe at night with private parking. We ended up cooking in each night because the house felt so cozy and homey. It was a short walk to downtown and a short drive to tons of awesome hiking. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
