☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



Parking: There is plenty of street parking available, and we also offer a dedicated driveway parking space. Please note that the driveway is steeper.

    This was a perfect location to be near a park and downtown Colorado Springs. The house was roomy for four people, the bathroom and kitchen was updated and clean. The study was lovely! We would definitely like to come back!

    Short drive/walk to a large park and close to good food options. The neighborhood wasn’t what we expected but the house was very clean and nice.
