Stayed Jul 18, 2025The small cottage plus main house worked well for us. The three teenagers stayed in the cottage. We were searching for the second single bed and eventually realized that it was a trundle bed.The big cottage is very nice. It was very hot during our visit and the air conditioning worked well.The owner was accomodating with things we needed.It is a long walk down to the lake and climb back up but if you are in decent shape you should have no problem. Sandals are recommended as the steps and walkway at the bottom get warm.Make sure you take some floating devices as the water is deep right off the dock.It was certainly nice to have the dishwasher and we did a couple loads of laundry as well.Because of the heat we really only went swimming and the watched some tv, so nice to have the big screen. A big table was great for games with another table for a puzzle.Overall, I think it was a good holiday.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024We very much enjoyed our stay at the house and cottage. The property provided ample parking for all of ohr vehicles plus a boat trailer. Own private dock made getting out on the water hassle less and there is a boat launch within 2 minutes of the property. The house and the cottage was more than enough room for a group of 8. The cottage is a nice addition to give some separation bewtween the adultsand teens. This is by far the best option for a large / blended / extended family or friends gathering / vacation. I will definitely rent here again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023The place was what we needed to have all the family together to fish, swim or just hang out. The screened in porch was the best part of the house. The floating dock got a lot of use too. There are a lot of stairs so make sure you are ok with that.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful lake views. Loved the open kitchen living room, with enough seating for every one to share a meal, the owner was quick to respond and have the air conditioning repaired, when it stopped working, we would have liked more privacy with the bedroom

Stayed Jun 19, 2021This was our first VRBO booking and couldn’t be happier! The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The cottage on the property was perfect for the three teenagers in our group to have their own space. The property owner was very informative and responded to questions promptly. The screen porch was a perfect setting to watch the kids on the dock or enjoy watching the action on the lake.
