Stayed Dec 21, 2024I would not stay here again. This was the most uncomfortable 3 nights I’ve ever experienced on vacation. Especially in the winter while it’s cold. We had a tragic loss in our family and getting away with our children was much needed. This was supposed to be special and relaxing. 1. No hot water- The night we arrived after being on the road all day, no one could shower because we didn’t have any hot water. They dispatched someone to come at midnight and he said the hot water heater was messing up. He said he reset it but it would take 1-2 hrs to heat up. By the morning 1 person took a shower and after that there was no hot water again so few of us had to take super cold showers! The guy came out again and tried to do something about it and said it’s going out. The next day once again no hot water for anyone, not even warm water … a new maintenance man had to come again and was shocked that there was no hot water and we dealt with that all our days. 2. They left a giant tv box in the middle of the living room and all the wires on the coffee table. The tv was not set up and I had to register an account with Samsung to get the tv working. They should have had this set up and the tv box at least moved to the garage. There was trash in one of the restrooms that was over looked. 4. My adult son and 2 of my children were getting bit on 3rd level. After no one could sleep up there.
