- We charge a $25/person/night extra guest fee for each guest over 15 in this unit. - Events such as weddings require pre-approval, and we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for such events. - Please contact us in advance if your party includes children under the age of 18 because we sometimes host bachelor/ette parties in adjoining units. - While we often host special events with photographers and videographers, any professional filming or photoshoots that take place onsite require advanced approval by the property owner.
